Product damaged by delivery service but all it took was a phone call and a couple of pictures of the damage and a new one was delivered fast!
What you see is what you get. The insert and fireback I purchased looked good on their website, and when I received it. I had an item to return and their customer service took my call quickly and emailed me a prepaid USPS shipping lable in a few minutes. I will shop here again.
Heed their warning about items that have a lead time for delivery.

Fed ex delivered two of my packages to the wrong address but I was able to locate them due to the excellent tracking from north line express
I needed a custom screen for a very large fireplace opening. This was the most reasonably priced and they could accommodate my specifications. It was perfect and much higher quality than I expected. They called to confirm my measurements. I love it!
It took a while to get to me but boy when it did it was great. The packing was very professional and the skid it sat on was in great shape. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the product and as soon as I go it, I went to work.
I bought the 4 tube one, not realizing the measurement I took was for the back of the fireplace & not the front. It took them forever to deal with my return (I returned it in 3 days) but it still took them over 2 weeks. And, when I ordered the 4 tube, at that time the 6 tube was cheaper! Of course when I then got the 6 tube, it was much more expensive.
I ordered 2 novo stoves and they came pristine. I ordered two double wall chimneys and they can in damaged. I am still waiting to hear back about those.
Good product. I was expecting a larger brush for a Big Fireplace. Large heavy handle, very nice. Broom straw should be much bigger

I was looking for old-style (and thus uncommon) catalytic combustor. Your website provided all the info I needed to make the right selection. Item was well-priced, came quickly, and performed as advertised.

I ordered this chimney cap and flue based on my chimney outside measurements combined with the product description. Rather than going over and around the outside of the chimney pipe it sits on top of it. I will have to do some retro-fitting and add bracing pieces to attach the cap properly to the top of the chimney. I will not rely on only gluing it with silicon as the instructions seem to indicate.
Otherwise the product was delivered in a timely manner, and it looks like it is well made and decent quality. Time will tell if it stands up to the elements.

It did not prevent the wind from blowing out the pilot light in my fireplace so I had to build an outer shield to keep it from blowing out my pilot light

Northline Express is based out of New Stanton, Pennsylvania, along with its parent company Online Stores Inc. Northline Express primarily operates out of a warehouse in Youngwood, Pennsylvania and Sparks, Nevada for the shipping and manufacturing of its products. The latter was added to aid and assist in this process to better serve its customers on west coast. Northline Express has two of the very own brands of products with WoodEze, a line that consists of a variety of firepits, firewood racks, camping supplies and heaters and with FiveOaks, a line dedicated to outdoor patio furniture.
Northline Express has a dedicated YouTube channel, NorthlineExpress which has over 17k subscribers. The channel focuses on product reviews, demonstrations, installation and general product information.
The Northline Express site has an exclusive chimney and stove pipe planning guide, named Chimney Wizard which helps customers find and discover what kind of product is best suited for their custom chimney and stove pipe installation needs.
The site does feature products from popular brands in the chimney pipe field such as DuraVent, Selkirk and Shasta Vent.

Northline Express started out as a smaller family-owned business by Rob and Joe Cochran in 1994, where it ran independently until 2017 when it was acquired by Online Stores Inc.
