The initial service I recieved was excellent. I was very pleased with help correctly designing my system and ordering the correct items. Upon receipt, one item was missing, one incorrect item shipped and it took a very long time to communicate this and have it resolved and the correct items shipped. Also needed was an exchange of the chimney cap which took several phone calls to correctly achieve. Overall I'm satisfied but it has taken months to recieve everything needed to correctly install the system, this was frustrating.

Very well built fireplace grate. Ordering was very easy and delivery was sooner than expected.

I placed an order on Dec 18th for an extra large fireplace grate that was a Christmas gift. It was lost in shipping unfortunately. I emailed them about it being lost and they mailed a new one the next day. It did arrive the day after Christmas, but that was still excellent service in the short time from when I originally placed the order. The fireplace grate is perfect, very heavy and quality is what was expected.
Parts came from different locations, but all arrived in great shape, and in a timely manner.
