Simple but effective design for storing wood and kindling inside so you don't have to go out on a cold winter's night. Very study and should last as long as I do. Great customer support as well for a very minor issue I had with a missing part.

Never again with northline express

They just don't care about you, the customer. Wouldn't answer emails, or phone calls. When you sit on the phone 45 minutes to an hour, they can't answer, then they say give us your number and we'll call you back. Never did until days and days later only because they finally read one of my emails that I Iet em know what I thought of them. I wrote their website down so I'll never shop with them again..

It has been 2 months and I still have yet to receive my refund
