My order languished - I received confirmation of the order and waited a week for shipping. I had to call and inquire about shipping. The rep said she would send an email to the warehouse. I did receive a shipping notice a few days later. Eventually, the order arrived. The quality of the item seems okay. I just wonder why my order was lost and why I had to track it down.
