According to customer service they are at the post office.

Don't do the free shipping

Free shipping took over 2 weeks to get this to us. Emailed them and basically got that's what happens when you get the free shipping.

They lost my order

My order languished - I received confirmation of the order and waited a week for shipping. I had to call and inquire about shipping. The rep said she would send an email to the warehouse. I did receive a shipping notice a few days later. Eventually, the order arrived. The quality of the item seems okay. I just wonder why my order was lost and why I had to track it down. I wouldn't recommend this company, unless you want to go through a headache to get your order.
