Had a call to confirm some one would be on site to sign for delivery. My Brother rescheduled a Doctors appointment to be on site while I drove my wife to a Doctors appointment. NO delivery ALL DAY!. After supper 6:30 pm driver showed up, I had to get dressed to accept delivery and sign for same,,, unhappy ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
Found what I was looking for. Parts were shipped but no tracking number till I contacted customer service. Then I could track that the items were delivered to a neighbor 8 days prior

Your human representatives were very good. Your policy of not automatically back-ordering something out of stock and having me call back again later is not friendly, burdensome to the purchaser. Your email notifications that something was out of stock, "did I want to cancel the order" was not just unfriendly but very confusing until I spoke with a person and found out the same item was available some other warehouse and you COULD send it. I would think that should be automatic if the item ordered is the same from a different location.

First order received was damaged in shipment. The second also arrived with bashed in box, but the chimney cap arrived without damage. Neither chimney cap was properly packaged for shipment. The box was too large and the corrugate box was of too light a weight. Someone needs to inspect the packing stage of the shipment (just advice from an old manufacturing guy). I ordered 2 gallons of Chimney RX for my leaking stone chimney. The box arrived wet and when I opened the box I realized the box was wet with sealant. One of the two gallon plastic jugs was crushed and only contained about half a gallon of sealant and the zip-lock bag the jug it was in had not stopped the leakage as a result of the jug being crushed. I went ahead and used the sealant and sprayed my chimney twice. This was enough so I did not issue a complaint. The product arrived on time.
Shipping was a bit slow but I always go for the economical shipping so no big deal. They were very adamant via email to ensure the shipment made it and that is appreciated. I probably should've gotten two because I need to make a 90 degree trun wasn't thinking that is on me. The product was as specified and in perfect condition.

We've had to rebuild an old 6" stove pipe that wasn't installed properly, and install a new 7: stove pipe that NorthlineExpress indeed made easier and expedited.
With Northline Express's help, we should have both wood stoves in our off-grid kitchen, bunkhouse, and barn safely operational for the winter. We've spent about a dozen years with little in the way of back-up heat or warm places considering we were doing well if we kept our canned goods and drinking water from freezing. This winter should feel a lot less like homesteading and winter camping, and a lot more like home.
Ordering was easy, delivery was kind of chaotic, whole order did not come together one part here then another and one to wrong address (that wasn't on shipping invoice). But overall was satisfied with products, no damaged pieces also customer service was helpful
