I am tired of constant emails asking me to review a product that I have not installed yet. They ask "Have you recieved your order" and then only allow you to review the product to get the emails to stop. Companies need to be less driven by reviews.

Overall satisfied except for the stainless steel DirectVent Pro Horizontal Termination Cap which had several popped rivets. I did not contact or send back because I am facing winter arriving now and I could replace the rivets myself, time is critical. Obviously a QC issue as somebody etched a circle around the 2 problem areas but did not correct them.
It was a lot easier than most. However none of the parts are compatible with the parts supplied with my stove and I will have to return them

Was exactly what I needed roof flashing and roof angle was perfect fit for a A frame roof. Ordering and shipping was quick overall experience was excellent
