We bought a 45 yr old house with a triple flue chimney that never had any caps. Any time it would rain you could hear it hitting the fireplace damper and water would leak from the clean outs in the basement. After installing the full cover cap everything has been bone dry and worked perfectly.

We used the Chimney Wizard and it was great, but did leave out the 'roof radiation shield' that we need from the Shasta Vent system. One of the chimney pipes had a couple of small dents, but we will just use that one enclosed in a chase. Most of the stove pipe pieces were slightly bent at the ends and had to be adjusted with pliers. No big deal.
The thimble when in a few inches then I had to tap it in but could not go in all the way as the original thimble. I damaged the thimble from tapping the front face of thimble. I ended up cutting it length wise to remove it.
Had a little issue with the wrong size for my part. But called customer service and they got the correct part to me quickly.
