Got the part on time, unfortunately it didn't fit but I made some slight modifications and made it work.
Don't know why. It was an 8-5 chimney pipe set up but some how it was too small.

Gave fireplace that WOW factor

I originally used this paint for the firebrick in my fireplace. I eventually didn't love the gold surround and decided to paint the surround to match the fireplace. It turned out beautifully. Easy to use and no problem with paint flow

The item is supposed to have 2 springs as seen in the photo but only came with 1 which makes it useless. Two springs are needed one for each side.

Inaccurate delivery times advertised

The delivery times advertised on the website were extremely inaccurate. It took 4 business days for them to even ship the item, and the day I contacted them to cancel the order they said "sorry, it's been picked already and can't be canceled." It hadn't been shipped yet, just picked at their warehouse. This was already past the advertised delivery date. I found the item for cheaper and faster delivery elsewhere.

Overall happy with my order. It arrived quickly and the parts are a good quality. Only complain was packaging on my exhaust vent was not too good. Came a little banged up. Wasn't worth trying to get it exchanged. I bent it mostly back into shape just rolled with it.

I used Northline Express's return shipping label and was charged a $16.95 return fee for an item weighing less than a pound. This return fee is not disclosed in Northline Express's Return Policy. Depending on the size and weight of your item, you might be able to find cheaper shipping services on your own. The return policy needs to be clarified so customers know what their options are.
