The adventure pants took over 4 weeks to arrive and that was after contact with the supplier. I was supplied with an incorrect tracking number for Canada Post who told me when I contacted them that the number was invalid. I panicked and contacted the company again then the pants arrived the next day. I like the pants; good fit and as advertised.
Since I was introduced to this company I have bought a few things, the quality is always excellent and the shipping quick. It's not the cheapest but it's worth the money in terms of value and quality.
Love the trousers looking forward to wearing them when I go to the arctic circle. However I was a bit disappointed when placing my second order due to connection issues I lost some of my bonus points.
Return customer and really like product. I do like the products, but the process to exchange for another size was a nightmare. The shipping to return the first item is more than I am willing to spend - half the cost of the item itself. Never got a satisfactory response to my request to exchange.

A perfect fit for my tall slim husband! The stretch in the waistband is super comfortable for him and the length was perfect. The pants are warm and comfortable and he is a happy customer! He loves the pockets and the warmth of them with the liner. They did take three weeks to arrive but the package got here in time for Christmas.

Bad delivery slow response to missing delivery although the customer service was good at the start
I can only assume that it was due to the time of the year but as expected i did not receive the delivery in time for Christmas x
Ordered 2 pairs of pants, took 3 weeks to receive. Returned 1 pair because of fit ( I ordered 2 sizes to try), RMA Authorization was quick. Returned for exchange via Canada post with no confirmation when received. Contacted and was informed I will get an email when "inspected", they received 1week ago.
Pants are good quality and comfortable, nice fleece lining.
The shopping part was straightforward and easy to navigate; the shipping part was much slower than expected which was getting frustrating by the time the product finally arrived. The product has been worth the wait however, and now I look forward to trying it when the weather gets much colder!
Ordering was easy. Shipping was communicated and arrived as promised. Product is well made. Since this is the first time I've ordered from this company and I didn't know exactly what size would fit, I ordered my regular size and one size larger. I will need to return the larger size.
The pants itself is warm and comfortable. The design is great. I will definitely order again.

Comments regarding fit: I am a 35 waist and a 34 leg.
I chose the 34 x 34 and the fit is just about perfect because of the stretch waist band.
I have larger "Dad calves" as my son tells me, and the pants fit a bit tight around the calves...not uncomfortably so, but a consideration.
Product did not arrive for 29 days. Buyer requested delivery via email after 20 days of waiting. Representative of merchant responded to email. Merchant claimed it had no control over delivery which is incorrect. Merchant is always responsible for merchandise it sells even after merchandise is received. Buyer will not use this merchant again.
On a whim a few years ago I purchased a pair of the "adventure" water resistant pants. Over the years these pants have become my staple for any fall/winter/spring outdoor activities: Hiking, Mountain Biking, Winter Fatbiking, XC Skiing, and just general day to day wear, when I want a warmer lined, and windproof pant. I usually blow the knees out of my pants, but the heavy duty reinforced knee fabric has held up like they are still new on those pants. I use them so much I purchased a 2nd pair last month in the new green colour. Highly recommended.
I must say, everything I have bought has exceeded my expectations. My friend saw me with my jacket on and commented the way it looked. He was that impressed he asked me to order him one. He has received the jacket and is absolutely made up with it.
My order took two weeks to be delivered even though it was shipped from a facility nearby. I decided to return the product but was not allowed to return it to the original facility in NY. I had to return it to Canada which meant paying duty and customs in addition to a $5 restocking fee.
Very disappointed.
Pants are very good for hiking and working in. I found they were water resistant to a point and breathed quite well. They are not water proof and sitting in them after rain you will be wet. The breath ability makes them comfortable for out door activities and they are quite abration resistant. I found suspenders worked well because I am in between sizes and prefer a looser fit to be comfortable.
Understandably my order was delayed over Christmas I suspect in Toronto. However, I was disappointed to find out that no one followed up with delayed packages, probably in customs. Mid January, I had to call and leave a message to complain that my order was ordered Dec 16 and no update was noted on delivery status since Dec 26th. No update was received, however order was finally delivered a couple days later.

But they didn't fit so I sent them back was shocked that I had to pay to return my items and also had to pay a restocking fee too.so in the end I'm out around $30.00 dollars.
I purchased a second pair of Adventure pants for my husband as he loved the first pair he bought himself. I bought myself a pair as well.
Nice and warm and fit nicely - stretchy so very comfortable.
I will probably get a summer pair too.
Recently purchase a pair of jeans to add to my collection of clothing from Northboundgear. The jeans look and fit great, as for the winter coat and pants previously purchased, they keep me warm and dry and are very comfortable even when riding my bicycle during the winter, even at minus 20 with the windchill. Also being both waterproof and windproof, is an added bonus.
