Easy to use, easy to choose! Great site layout made it very simple to find exactly what I was looking for. The pants fit perfectly for me. The pants are as good as they say are. Totally comfortable, stretchy in all the right places.

I had ordered another pair of pants which I thought were the same as my older pants which I adore. I love the cut, style and comfort those pants afforded me. So ordered what I thought was the same but in Tan. Turns out the styling was changed and they are now 1.5 inches wider in the thigh and don't sit right on my legs. So very disappointed. Asked why and they said new styling. So that was news to me. Then they said send them back in the original packaging and with the tags left on. Well I never keep the tags or bags so I was out of luck.
I was always a big supporter but not anymore.

I have not had a chance to wear them yet but they seem good. They took almost a month to arrive. The tracking of the delivery is lacking and they do not provide an estimated time for delivery. I was about call to see where they were when I got an alert they were to arrive 2 days later.

Ordering was easy, found the product color quite different than the item showed on the web page. Unfortunately will be returning the item. One question - why doesn't Northbound send a prepaid return slip when returning items, cost to return is costly for the costumer.

I just ordered another pair of pants but with the high waist option as I found the regular rise a bit too low for my liking. I just got the pair I ordered previously and LOVE them (other than the low rise)! I hope they come quicker than the last pair though...bit of a problem there, but they finally arrived!

I found the order process to be straightforward and received numerous status updates. I received my hoodie on the date promised. Unfortunately, I have only been able to wear it once due to the weather being mostly rainy but that's no fault of Northbound.

I can't fault the product; it is beautiful. Because I'm in Canada and the advertising clearly had Canada all over it, I assumed delivery would be fast; it wasn't (3 weeks). I got sizing wrong si now I'm waiting to see how the return process will go.

Easy and clear website and really good quality products. Free shipping to the UK is a big plus too. I do need to return the item as they do not fit my wife.
I am awaiting response to my 'return request'.

I thought I was ordering from a Canadian Company since the address was listed as BC. My pants had to go through customs and that took more then a month so I am assuming they got shipped from China. However despite the false front I do like the hiking pants.

I got the waterproof jeans which work and are extremely comfortable! Nice stretch and spacious pockets for jeans. Really nice! But the delivery was extremely slow. I had to wait for more than two weeks until they arrived.

First shipment was not correct size for me but my wife gladly took them and she just loves them. Reordered another larger size and the waist fits great. The length is longer but they will work for me.

I have ordered 2 pairs of trousers in the last year or so. I love them and wear them virtually every day. I have one pair in black and one in green. The first pair are a bit long in the leg, my fault when ordering.
They are very warm and comfortable, perfect for walking my dog, wildlife photography and other outdoor activities

The ordering was easy, delivery reasonable. The pants fit perfect. The winter jacket is a bit snug around my hips but otherwise fits perfect. I have worn the winter pants and jacket many times since they arrived and they keep me very warm.

I loved how easy it was to purchase my Adventure pants and to have my discount applied. The sizing chart and recommendation to go down a size if between sizes was spot on. These pants are a dream to wear and look attractive.

Quality is good I have ordered several different things; my favourite is the waterproof Jeans. Good fit, comfortable, durable and truly waterproof. I work on roofs in the heavy rain and these hold up well.
