Gear 30

Gear 30 is the best gear shop in Utah. Everyone working at the shop is really cool and helpful. I've never had a bad experience and there's always some great deal going on. This is the first time I've used their online store and it was a flawless experience. My order was filled and shipped the same day and got to me in a different state within a short couple of days. 10/10 recommend anyone to shop here. You won't be sorry.

Noticed that my apt number was missing on the confirmation email, I reached out to make sure they would add that and they replied within a hour (this was around 9 pm). I ordered my backpack on Monday night and received my package on Thursday. It came with a nice little personal note that I think is very thoughtful.
Also, I really like that they are reusing boxes from wherever they get them, nature and me thanks you.

Love my new shoes! I purchased some hiking shoes from gear:30 online and was pleasantly surprised by how fast they arrived. Plus, the hand written note in the box was a nice touch!

Great product and experience, thanks! The shop manager called me to check to see if I needed the product by Christmas, so the shipping method could be adjusted if needed (I didn't). I thought shipping was a little slow but then again it was shipped UPS ground to Michigan from Utah and there were holidays during the shipping time so I'm sure that slowed it down.

Wow, great company! I was very impressed with how quickly my shoes arrived, and especially with the personal not handwritten in my package! Top notch!

If you buy a clearance item, you cannot get a refund. Even if it is defective. Be aware, and shop at REI who will refund anything up to a year. I learned my lesson, and will never order from this store again.
There was a response from store. I stand by my reason for returning. Just be aware, that if you buy a clearance item, you are stuck with it, making ordering online risky.

Bought NRS straps to secure a canoe to our truck. Ordering was easy, great price and fast shipping. I even got a personal note with my package. I definitely have this site in my favorites.

I had a great experience ordering from Gear Thirty but these shoes leave a bit to be desired. Despite ordering a wide EE, I swear these shoes are as thin or possibly even thinner than my regular D width Inov-8's (discontinued Roclite 295? model) in the heel and midfoot, and only just barely wider in the forefoot.

The durability appears to be about the same as my Inov-8's, but these shoes run higher profile and heavier.

I went in a month or so back and tried on a ton of boots. As black Friday got closer I messaged them on Facebook to ask about sales. They were super helpful and responsive and sent me a personal code to access the sale online prior to its launch. I really appreciated that kind of personal service. I would definitely shop here again!

I was looking for this jacket after finding it at TNF outlet. Unfortunately at the outlet their sizing was limited. Search all the retailers online to then find it here. With their Presidents Day sale it came out to be the best price! Loved their personalized note on the box. I'm happy. Thank you!
