The company advetises easy returns. This is completely untrue!
Returns are very costly both in postage and re-packaging charges!
I wasn't aware that since July 1st all goods coming to Europe are taxed. So my order #******* was a discount to € 84,56 +€ 22,58 taxes = € 107,14.
The trousers are Ok, but a next purchase at NorthboundeGear? Probably not. Pity.
These pants are great! I actually use them for horse riding in wet weather. They come in a short leg size, look smart, are hard wearing and very comfortable. Highly recommend.
I had some questions and they were very prompt with answering and made feel very comfortable about my purchase.
I ordered 1 pr of pants, the site was easy to use and although delivery took 2-3 weeks the product is of good quality and sized slightly on the large side but fine. I tried to order a second pair a size smaller, payment made and I thought all was good. Only to be told I needed to pay an extra 35 dollars to cover "remote" delivery. This wasn't mentioned on first order. The order was cancelled and refund given. I'm in Great Britain and covered by parcel force and similar. As I said "Great Product" "questionable service"
Very happy with my purchase. Ordered the woman summer pants, size 10. Fits true to size. Nice and long. I'm 5'10", have an inch to spare, which is nice.
A $40 belt that does not fit, retuirned and it cost me $20 sending the cheapest method poissible with Canada Post, using the identical packaging they sent the belt in. Then they charge me $5 re stocking fee. Thus a clean return where I shopuld get ALL my money back costs me $25, I only get back $15 on a $40 return. Will never do business with these people again with a disgusting return policy like they have!

Great fitting, both winter and summer pants. They are just what I needed; the flannel lined are excellent for winter hiking, and the summer pants are going to be perfect for walking the Camino.

The pants I ordered are way too big. Unfortunately I had removed the tags so was told I could not return them. An expensive mistake!

These pants are as comfortable as my sweats. Really like the warmth for winter hikes and SAR activities. This product did take a long time to arrive.

Love the pants for its strength, moisture wicking, a truck, driver with a dog lined down in the snow and not getting wet and cold. It's awesome.

Recently purchased adventure pants and the fit and styling weren't worth the price tag. I asked to return them, and all i got was a label to a factory in Canada, plus the news that there would also be a $5. Restocking fee. Combined w mailing cost ($30.), I can't get my purchase price back and that is not satisfactory customer care.
The only two criticisms I have is; I followed the sizing chart for a jacket I purchased and it turned out to be too small. It was very good quality however. And made an excellent gift. The second critism is the long delivery time.

Didn't have the items I ordered. Shipping has been painfully slow. It's been a month and a half since I ordered and I still do have my package, must have shipped via extra slow non-express. Sure they've been communicative, but communicating about ineptness doesn't negate ineptness.
Delivery was quick. Pants are amazing I bought them for hunting and now I wear them for work

Pants are very good for hiking and working in. I found they were water resistant to a point and breathed quite well. They are not water proof and sitting in them after rain you will be wet. The breath ability makes them comfortable for out door activities and they are quite abration resistant. I found suspenders worked well because I am in between sizes and prefer a looser fit to be comfortable.
We already love the product but love the company even more after they easily accommodated fixing a shipping error we made.
