Delivery was quick. The pants fit exactly as described and are quality made - water resistant and quick dry. They are already my favourite warm-weather long pants. - Highly Recommend.

I have returned the Women's Explorer summer pants, Size 12 as they were too small. I had purchased size 14 last year and they were a bit too big.
I have exchanged the Women's Adventure Water Resistent pants size 12 because they were too short waisted. I purchased Size 14 last year and they were too big. I have asked to exchange them for Size 12 high waisted. Last year they came with a belt but not this year.
I noticed the styles have changed since last year and I don't feel the quality is the same.

I purchased 2 pairs of pants at the beginning of April. One pair was the same style I'd bought last year and that I've been happy with, but wanted a different colour, so I ordered them in the same size (10 short) as I'm wearing. I got the discount for buying 2 pairs of pants at the same time. When they arrived, the style that I'd bought previously were a vastly different fit than last year's pants-I couldn't do them up at all. I spent a week discussing a return with your customer service department and in the interim, ordered a pair one size up. Finally the return for the too-small pair was authorized, but I'm not happy that I have to pay to mail them back, AND be charged a return fee AND since I bought only 1 replacement pair in a larger size, I no longer was eligible for the discounted price for the replacement pair. To top it all off, the replacement pair, size 12 instead of the 10 I've been wearing for the past year, still barely fit and are too snug fitting for hiking, which was my purpose in ordering them. I'm not going to bother with the expense of returning these too, but I won't be ordered from you again.

Jacket size labelled larger than it is. XL is a Large or Medium. Need to go up 1 or 2 sizes

Easy to order but the size ran small for me. Ordered the same size as a previous item that fit, but this one was a lot smaller. I don't remember what they were called but they were lightweight waterproof black pants.

I first purchased the insulated pants to see how they were. I put them on and they felt like PJ's. Since then I have ordered 1 more pair and 2 jackets. All items are well made, very water resistant almost water proof. Shipping was fast.

I had a discount code but there was no place in the order process where I could add it. So I didn't get the 10% discount offer.

I now have 2 prs of Northbound pants, fall/winter & summer explorers and love them both! They are super comfortable, fit perfectly and the rain just rolls off them! Will be ordering again!

It seems easy online to report you need to return items but then there is silence. I had to reach out to customer service to help me return items. But when I did reach out to them I did get a timely response. Be sure to fully complete the return process! There should be a message at the end that your request is under review. If you do not see this then you are not completing it through. I like the winter pants for warmth, dryness and fit and I wanted to buy a shorter version of the spring version but the fit is not right in my hips.

Pants came in a reasonable amount of time. I had them shipped to my daughter. Unfortunately they were a bit small and she had to return them as next size up was not in stock.

Took almost 3 weeks to recieve which was to late for my trip, than it cost me $26 to return the item via postage. I will never order from Northbound gear again!

Item never arrived - would not refund my money, emailed several times and kept getting the run a round

After filing the complaint below, I heard directly from the company and they resolved the return issue and I promptly received my refund. I feel better about the process now! Thanks to Northbound for reaching out.

I received my order but the pants were a poor fit and needed to be returned. I followed the instructions to return them and have heard absolutely nothing since. I am currently out of pocket for 2 pairs of poorly fitting pants and the mail costs of returning them.)

I have worn them to my grandsons freezing track meets and I stayed very warm

Quick reply to my query. My purchase was only available in black and not grey.
I emailed my partners measurements as I was a little confused with euro and US sizes here in the UK. On arrival the trousers were one size to big so will buy a smaller size as we liked the quality. £ 20 postage to return item to Canada, so with the returns charge it was not really worthwhile returning.
I filled in the email notification for when a smaller size was available, but a month later they still are not there.

Website was pretty simple to use, ordering was easy and the delivery time to Australia wasn't too bad.
Best part is the pants are exactly what I wanted and are really warm and comfortable.
