Um wow Nordstrom rack. I ordered 9 dresses (and every time I buy I typically place a big order) and was a week late on needing to return due to visiting my a sick relative recently and coming home later than expected. I was trying one one for an occasion and was planning on sending all the 8 others back, maybe keeping a few if I liked them for other things. The app wasn't working so I called them. They at first said no can't return, over the 45 days. I was puzzled and asked is there anything they can do just this once since I'm a loyalty customer and ship there a lot. I got put on hold for five minutes just to be told that she asked her supervisor who said no. WOW. I then asked if that was worth losing a customer for life and she just said "so sorry". Unfathomable to treat your customers this way who routinely make large orders (and doesn't return anything) absolutely outrageous! Now I'm stuck with 8 dresses I won't use! Perfectly fine ready to be returned!
Ordered pants and they sent wrong color. They sent another pair at my expense and wrong color again.
This meant two trips to store to return their mistakes.

A second Nordstrom Rack package shipped via Lasership has gone missing. Based on Lasership's reviews, this is the worst shipper in the USA. Five days after getting a message that my Norstrom Rack package is out for delivery, I got an email form Lasership stating, "Lasership is unable to confirm control of your package at this time." Nordstrom Rack needs to use a more reliable shipper.
I ordered a cotton dress with cotton liner, I received a crappy Rayon dress with no liner. Totally deceived with lies in their ad. They are liars who will steal your money
There was an issue with my online order. My clothes got mailed to wrong address. The guy on the phone was able to fix it no problem and credit my account.
I just spent over an hour putting in an order for over $300 and they said they couldn't find my address?! And then they tell me to try again in a few days. Not only do I not have time to do that but I will the miss the clearance sale and my order will increase significantly. I then spend another 15 minutes "chatting" and he tells me to give him the order numbers and he will "try" to enter and process it. There are 13 items! The lines may be long in the store but the on line is longer and may never happen. I deleted my order. BTW the address in the order is the same one I have had for 10 years!
Ordering from Nordstrom rack is easy but what I totally dislike and I never experienced this with any other department store is when you purchase an item on line for example shoes they charge you for the label so you do not get your full amount that you pay for back I think that is really crappy. I do not live any where close to a Nordstrom Rack the closest one is about 3 hours away I think this company could afford to have a pre paid label for heavens sake. I will think twice before ordering something again from this company
I have been happy with the service and product till my last order, not disclosed clearly that an item is a final sale. Only to find out after you own the product is not convenient or customer oriented policy, having to order product that you cannot tell whether is gonna fit you or not till you receive it it's a most to know if it is returnable to make a decision.
I would like to applaud Ms. Brianna at the Redondo Beach Nordstrom Rack for her courteous, kind, patient excellent service with a smile. Many years I have shopped at this location but this is the first customer service representative that is an asset to this location and the Nordstrom Company.

I bought a dress online, decided that it did not fit my purpose. I went online to create a return label. My order number was not found. So I ended up on a chat with them. I spent at least 45-60 minutes trying to get this item return, only to be told that it was going to Cost $9.95! They advertise free returns! Nowhere on their ordering page is it indicated that free returns only applies to returns at the store. It states that a return at the store is faster. Not that it is the only way not to be charged for a return. So, now I have to drive 45 minutes to return the item. I will not order anything online from this store again. They utilize deceptive practices.

I placed an order online and at the end of the week I'm still getting emails that they have not prepped my order for shipping yet. Two days into this I called because it won't come in time and I'd like to cancel. They will not cancel until it's been two weeks and then they still have to send it to you and you have to pay to return it! There are no other stores the treat people like this why bother!
I purchased a couple of pairs of shoes and a set of rings. One of the shoes was the wrong size and so were the rings. Sent them back and got a "refund" on the shoes in the amount of $18 on $70 shoes. Also had to pay shipping. The rings were never refunded and I had ordered a second set on their guarantee of refund. The second order was also wrong, and I paid AGAIN for a third set, which was correct. Finally. At this point however I am out for 2 wrong sets of rings and the shoes. They say they never got the returns, which is wrong according to tracking and according to their own reps at the time. I do not recommend using them, Nordstrom's is not the legend they used to be.
Ordered a Versus Versace watch in January, well that watch is now broke as the screws in the bands have fallen out. I reached out to customer service and since I was 2 weeks pass my 45 day return/exchange date, they stated they could not help me. I had already reached out to the authentication company on the card and they also could not help me. I asked guest service for the warranty info, and they said they do not have it. 130 down the drain.
They charged me for an item and marked it returned on the order invoice sent to my email. When I called customer service they could not seem to figure out how to assist me with getting the charge reconciled on my account. Horrible.

I returned a few items that I bought online to their store in Brooklyn. The act of returning the items painless and easy. It's what happened a few days later that shows how awful their customer service is. When I returned the items I was told the refund would be applied to the debit card I used to purchase them. Two days later I noticed fraudulent charges to my account (completely unrelated to Nordstrom) so my bank (Capital One) suggested I cancel that card which I did.
I called Nordstrom Rack customer service to see what would happen to my refund. The first agent I spoke with told me that since my refund hadn't been processed yet I could go to the store with my receipt and they'll issue me a gift card. At the store the manager told me there was nothing they could do because they couldnt access the status of my refund. I asked her if she could call customer service and ask them the status and she informed me that she couldn't. She suggested that I call them myself and have the representative that I spoke with email her that my refund hadn't been processed. Once she received that email she'd issue me a gift card. I called customer service and this new agent I spoke with told me she wouldn't babe able to email or phone the store manager any information. She also informed me she couldn't authorize a gift card for my refund.
I spoke with three different Nordstrom employees that afternoon and they all gave me conflicting answers suggestions and not one of them was able to help resolve my problem. I've called the customer service quite a few times since and still have not gotten an answer as to where my refund us and when I might receive it. It would be nice if I could get an answer from Nordstrom Rack as to how I can get the refund for the clothing I returned to them almost two weeks ago.
