I regularly buy from this website. I love how easy your return or exchange process is and the two times I have had to contact customer service it has always been a very positive experience where my problem was resolved.
I loved the clothing when it arrived except everything was about 3 sizes too small so I'm still trying to lose down into them. But the clothes themselves were very attractive and the prices good. And they were all in within two weeks or less, though I'd ordered probably 15 pieces!
Placed order in october, first shipment was lost, and validated as such by tracking number, and company will not issue me a credit for those items. Seems very straight forward yet they won't make it right.
Items were nothing like descriptions or pictures. Very cheap, poor quality. What they claimed to be a "sweater" was actual a thin felt type material. Just sent my Third Request for a Return Authorization. S. G.
The clothes are made of ploy-blend or straight-up polyester. Cheaply made, badly cut edges and jagged seams. You have NO return policy, so I can't even send this garbage back. What a waste. Not even usable as rags.

Buy on this website some very comfortable and warm leggings, of good gender. You've been wearing them for months and they won't lose color or ball the fabric. The knee area gives itself away with use, as with all cotton pants. There is a good quality price relation.

I do like most of their styles. The pricing is great. But, I've discovered through Noracora, shopping on online can be difficult because things look differently once you receive them. Also, shipping takes awhile, which I understand because where it ships from, but some things take even longer.

I ordered 5 pieces on June 14,2020 and as of today July 22,2020 gave not received one item. I have written 3 letters and all I receive is a description of their return policy. No one has looked into what is going in with the third party handler. I am now getting my credit card company involved. You cannot talk with anyone and they are totally irresponsible with regards to customer service. There are so many other companies to shop with. I was just trying to do a little shopping for vacation well that has come and gone. Very disappointed.
Avoid this company like the plague. Ordered over a month ago and still have no product or legitimate united states tracking information. Don't bother with customer service because you will get the same "canned" response. But they will process your payment right away. I thought it was from Australia but checking now sounds like its China. Probably won't fit or be cheaply made. Never again

Totally scam. You will received an item completely different looking item. I bet they just steal pictures from someone else. I ordered a sweater which was looking so good on website and ended up receiving a long sleeve pajama t-shirt. Be aware! Not worth one star! This is the reason why I don't trust people from that country!

Notice no heads on these models? It's because they copy styles from real ads like Anthropologie and Free People, which is probably not allowed. Then they send very cheap poor quality products from China. Takes forever to arrive and returns go thru. Your money is gone. Stay away!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
