Like many of the other reviews, this company is a scam. I'm still waiting for my packages that I ordered on April 2nd. The tracking numbers do not work. They do not reply to emails inquiries and there is no phone number to call. I will probably have to chalk this up to experience since I doubt they will credit me for the clothing items that were not delivered.
Ordered "linen" dresses on March 31. Received the dresses on May 6. It took 5 weeks to get my order. The dresses were not linen. They were cotton polyester. Cheap quality and fit.
Said 10 days to ship from April 22nd. It's now May 7. Charged me ASAP but no emails about when they will ship. I send 2 emails requesting shipping info and they never responded UNTIL I filed a claim with PayPal. Then they send an email asking me to close the PayPal claim and offering a discount if I do. Shoddy
The clothing is nothing like the articles advertised. Sizing is all over the map and the fabric horrible. Absolutely unwearable. I dropped everything off at Goodwill

I wish I had because I wouldn't have made a purchase. This is not an honest site. IF they ship, it comes from Chino/Ontario, CA and they short ship but they have proof that they sent your order for those times when you file a charge dispute. If you try to return the product because it isn't at all what they represented then they tell you that you have to return it to China, and offer you a refund of 15% of what you paid. Its a big hassle that you don't need so just STAY AWAY! Watch these online stores! They are popping up everywhere!
It took nearly three weeks to get my purchase. Oh my God, these were the cheesiest shoes I'd ever seen. I read the reviews after I ordered. So, I did not bother trying to return the shoes Just threw them away. BUYERS BEWARE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
I ordered a dress and my credit card was charged before the product was shipped. Two weeks later I still had not received confirmation of shipping. When I asked for confirmation about shipping I was given two tracking numbers - one for the local country and one for FedEx once the product arrives in the U.S.A. Both shipping numbers were invalid. I then cancelled my order and requested a refund. I also disputed the charge with my credit card company and my credit card company gave me a full refund and said they would dispute the charge with NoraCora. Several days after that I received an email from NoraCora stating that I could not cancel the order because the product had shipped. However, it had not been shipped at the time I cancelled my order. A few days later I received the product. It had been shipped within the U.S. from Chino, CA by the U.S. Postal Service, not from a foreign country and not by FedEx. This is a dishonest company.
Half of the dress was missing. The remaining dress was extreamly cheap quality. The "contact us" information was a bogus email address. Buyer beware! The sizes are also way off. American women LISTEN UP... do not deal with these communist bastards!

The order arrived after 4 weeks and the fabric was cheap, cheap, cheap. They advertised cotton and it was plastic. I sent them 6 emails to request the return code. When they finally answered it was to say that I have to pay the return cost to China, even if the package came from Ontario. They even told me that I have to pay custom fees in China! And that I could be reimbursed only months later and only if their inspectors in China would approve it. For a quick reimbursement, they suggested I accept 15% of what I paid. I should have read the reviews before buying.

Bought shoes in 2 sizes to see which fit. The pictures on their website are really nice. The shoes were made of some substance that felt like pressed paper and smelled awful. Cheap, stiff, and off-gassing something bad. I wrote to find out how to return and had no response for more than a week. Yesterday I mailed the shoes back to the return address on the label just to be done with it. Today I got an email saying they had to be returned to China at my expense and the refund would take weeks and weeks. OR they could give me a 15% cash refund. My suggestion is DO NOT BUY.
First order & HORRIBLE experience! The quality of the clothing is very cheap! Most of the styles the show are linen, but their pieces are totally not if linen fabric! I received a partial shipment & never received the remainder although they received full payment! I returned my items within 2 days of receiving them returning us horrible! There are no clear instructions with regards to return address & the only way to communicate with them is via email! I did not get a response to my communication so I had to return my items to the address on the package. They do not include, return labels so I spent $17 to ship my items Certified Priority. I have now turned this overer to PayPal to recoup my money as they have not responded to me! Buyer Beware! I will never order from this company again! Be very careful when shopping with NoraCora. They obviously use pictures of clothes from other designers!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
