I've shopped online many times and this was a horrible experience the clothes didn't fit and you have to pay for shipping back to china if you want to return. They will give you 15 dollars on 120.00 if you dont want to go through the hassle. Please believe me it's not worth it, buy local you can save yourself a headache and a half. And best case scenario you will have comfortable clothes and less stress

I ordered 3 sweater wraps from Nora Cora on December 10,2019, for Christmas presents. They finally arrived on January 15,2021. I am only giving them 1 star for at least following through with an order. However, the product quality isn't even worth a donation! Also, I ordered, 3 different colors, but they sent 3 of the same item. The items will be trashed! Their customer service refused a refund saying it was "beyond their window of returns!" (15 days ago) So they were late in getting it to me, but won't return the same courtesy to me! The product photographed is definitely not what I received. The website looks cute and trendy. What I received was a cross between a pajama type flannel moo-moo with dangly tassels and Jacob's coat of many colors. Hideous! Scam! Do not buy from them! I think their reviews with 5 stars under the photos are false. I would not trust them, so sorry I did! Waste of my hard-earned money!
The photo worn by the model is the item that was advertised on their website. I paid $30 each for this. The second photo is a picture of what I actually received.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
