Clothes don't fit even when you use their size chart. Arm holes come down 4 inches below your arm pit, shipping time is 6 to 8 weeks at best, and for returns you have to ship back to China.

I've been trying to get information on how to handle my problems, 4 emails later and they say I can ship them back at my cost but there could be substantial cost due to they have to be sent to China. They did say if I wanted to go a different way I could keep items and they would credit my account 15% of what I paid and use that to alter clothing... what? I am definitely never ordering from them again. Oh they did say they would like to send me another of the items that was damaged... not sure if they would charge me.

I brought a medium size skirt from this online boutique, I ordered a size M but I have lost quite a bit of weight, so now I am probably an S. Of good quality and very pretty in style. I got burned long before online with another online store so I was nervous with my purchase everything was fine.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.
