The clothes looked amazing and beautiful in the ads. When I received them, the fabrics were cheap - not at all the quality I'm used to in America. Most of the clothes didn't fit. The dress didn't look anything like the flowy beautiful picture. And the worst of it, there were unfinished seems. The bottom of the pants I ordered were literally just cut, no finishing of the cut edge of fabric at all. I'm sure they will be destroyed after one wash. Plus I ended up receiving a barrage of emails, and when I hit unsubscribe the unsubscribe page was in Chinese and I was unable to read it.

I contacted to return all and they offered me a little over 12.00 on my 85.00 purchase OR I could pay to ship back to China ($$) once they issued a return authorization. Just be aware this is not an American company and the clothed are not quality or sized right. Sleeves were easily four sizes smaller than the garment.

This company is actually false advertising. The sizes do not fit... the fabric is NOT cotton blend, and the customer service is bad. Do not even think of returning to seller, all the way to China. It costs a lot to send... and they do not pay return postage. They will offer you maybe a 20% refund.
They are making money from all the orders they get wrong, by making 80% off each customer.

The clothes sent were not sized right. I ordered one size up 22 for 18-20. And the clothes were so small they would not fit my granddaughters who are size 6 and 8. The jewelry was not anything like shown—- heavy chains when pictures showed fine chains. Liked the socks and head bands and bra. Can I return other items? How do I do that. Very upset snd disappointed as I bought for gifts.

I ordered 2 shirts on the 14th. I only received one.The only notice I got was on the receipt that came with the other shirt. Have not heard if it is coming or was cancelled. I have not heard of a refund or anything. I would like to hear on what is going on with the other shirt.

I purchased 6 items and only One of them are worth keeping. I have made 3 attempts to contact them for a return label and to date I have had no response.
Had I known they were from China I would not have made the purchase as it looks like I am stuck with over $100.00 worth of useless merchandise... do not order from this company!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
