I did not receive all of the products I ordered. I received 4 out of 5 and am trying to return the 4 that I received but your directions on how to obtain how I can do this are unclear. The paper you included in the shipment does not match anything that is on your website. I also thought that the products I ordered were made of cotton and they are NOT! Everything looks beautiful on the website but the material is not as expected. Please just send me how I can return what I have. Thanks!

I have received my order finally and am extremely disappointed with the material of the blouses. They say hand wash but prefer that you dry clean them. Who has extra money to dry clean or time to iron. I asked ton return the items and was offered 15% of the value not to ship. I was told that many things could happen with the return, custom problems and concerned about labeling etc. I had know idea what it would cost to return back to China. I asked but they didn't get back to me. The items look great in the pictures but the material is shear and cheap. Ones that appear to be embroidered are just pictures of the flower or picture. Beware of false advertising. Customer service is really no help. They will do it their way or no way.

The clothing is disappointing. The linen top looks like a kid made it in FACS, the dress looked like it was a lighr denim and turned out rayon. The sizing is ofd on everything. I will not be shopping here ever again.

I can better answer this question after I receive the merchandise but so far so good.
They didn't look or feel like I imagined they would. Many items didn't fit which sometimes happens with clothes you don't try on first. When i tried to return them was told i would need to pay shipping and it was to china so would be expensive. They offered to give me 15% of my money back for to put towards alterations. Nice of them but not how i want to buy clothes. I don't think online shopping is for me.

The Chinese are quite adept at manipulating reviews, so CONSUMER BEWARE! I received a top and a dress as a gift... sized up by my bestie. Despite this, they were too small. The material was so flimsy that I laundered both top and dress by hand. Bottom line: DO NOT BUY CHINESE PRODUCTS. They are inferior in quality. Why feed the Chinese economy?

It took over a month to get the shoes and they came in separate shipments. I ordered a size 9, and the width was fine, but the shoe had over an inch extra at back of the shoe, so I will have to send them back. They are so cute too! :(

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
