NO...IMMEDIATELY NO!

Sizes run small. I ordered several shirts in their largest size and unfortunately they did not fit. Not to mention I received 2 of one shirt and another shirt that I did not order at all. I contacted them to arrange return/refund as their site instructs. I have now emailed with them back and forth about 6 times and gotten absolutely nowhere. Their customer service department is definitely not there to service their customers. You can tell their goal is to deflect in hopes of frustrating their customers enough so that they just go away and stop pursuing a refund/return. 0 out of 5 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Waited forever. Sizes were ok. Quality cheap and I did not get what I ordered. I ordered the leggings but got crappy looking bunny. They obviously ripped off the art. You can tell from the terrible resolution on the art. My own fault should have stuck with a company I trusted. Don't trust this place!

I ordered 3 shirts is various colors and sizes from them. One color was wrong and the small shirt was larger than the meds. Offered a 10% refund for their crappy product! Don't buy from them. They should be shut down!

I would give Nora Clark AKA Midodo International Trading Limited a negative five stars but could only show my dissatisfaction with one star. I ordered four shirts, received two I ordered and two ugly cheap shirts in place of the other two. The replacements are things I would not wear, ever! The quality and color of all items sent do not represent the pictures in the add, everything is photo shopped. Pay Pal will not help with this company. Nora Clark offered ridiculous 20 and 25% refunds on the things I ordered and keep what they sent. We went round and round until they topped all contact with me via email. There is no # to call. With most 1 star ratings with the same disputes as I have. Be forewarned, save your sanity! Do not order from this company

I ordered 4 items from Nora Clark. One item was correct, the other 3 were not. The items I ordered had a similar item number, meaning the last 4 digits were the same. Still, no excuse. The items I received are ugly and I'll never wear them. They offered me a 10% refund because shipping them back is expensive. I'm so disappointed. Never buying anything from them again.

Placed an order from them because Lets' face it they have cute things. Out of the three items I ordered they sent the completely wrong item on one. A different item than what was ordered. They came back saying shipping costs were to expensive so they wouldn't replace. Then after pushing they started offering discounts that never went past 20% for them sending me the wrong thing. THANK GOODNESS I paid with Papal because that is the only way this was reconciled.

The picture says it all.
The first photo is what I ordered.
The second photo is what they sent.
It looks nothing like the cow on the picture!
They replied that they will give me a 10% return for their error. Terrible company. Don't order - u won't be happy

The company is sending wrong and ugly and late clothes. The material is cheap and cheap again.
You can not send it back and not get a connection with this company.
Don"t buy anything, the pictures are not showing the truth.
They work with bad energy...

Unbelievable Resolution
November 1, 2023

The company shipped the wrong product. Their resolution was to let me keep it and provide only a 10 % discount/refund. When I requested that they either ship the correct product or provide a full refund, they offered a 20% refund to keep the unwanted errant product. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

Wrong items sent.

This is the worst place to buy anything from. Wrong items were sent and then they wanted to give me a 10% refund and then after refusing they decided to do a 20% refund. Why don't they just send the correct items and let me keep the wrong items since it will cost them so much to ship back.

This company seems to make a habit of supplying anything they have in their warehouse, regardless of the original order. The stock is of very poor Chinese quality and the whole intention is to collect money.
It is a pity they run their business in this manner as the designs are really good and if legitimate would do very well on the market.
I would suggest that a company such as PayPal would do well to disassociate themselves with such a shonky company. It tends to tarnish their reputation.
Who says crime doesn't pay, seems noraclark.com is doing a thriving trade.

I ordered a blouse from this website when I received the so-called blouse. It was a T-shirt with wrong color wrong everything about it. I contacted them to find out if I could get a refund or exchange it for the correct item they refused. They finally agreeded to refund me some of the Money and Then when I sent the item back. I sent it to the address they sent me. And then they refused the item. I will never do business from this site again. And I recommend nobody else to business from this site.

A few months ago I ordered 4 tops from NoraClark. I received 4 tops but only 1 was the design I had ordered. The other 3 tops had nothing to do with the designs I had ordered.
I have sent emails to Noraclark but have only received one reply asking for pictures of the tops. I sent pictures of all 4 tops, as requested, but have not heard anything from the company.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Please keep this level of customer service in mind should you decide to order from this company.

I was sent the wrong order. No way could I get satisfaction. You have to pay for service response. My bank notified me of a scam. Was to charge $1. They charged my card $46.00

Very disappointed in this company. Wish I had read reviews first.
Order was wrong, wrong color, wrong size and I got 2 of one thing and it was the same thing. (my 4 year old granddaughter could have done better)
I contacted them (emailed daily) and they tried to get me to keep the order by offering a 20% discount, then 30%, then 40% and finally 50%. Each time I said No the order is wrong.
I started out just wanting to exchange, ended up having to contact my credit card to handle it.
Don't Order!

Ordered tops. Horrible things. Asked for refund label. Only at 35 emails offering me a small refund as the postage to return is too high. I would never recommend them to anyone. I still have not got my refund.

Terrible

Did not receive the item I orders. Discouraged returns, and then offered me "peanuts" for their mistake. I would never order from this company again. The picture is what I got. I am unable to upload the picture of what I ordered, but it was a red top, no buttons one color.

I got lured in by their nice photos of pretty shirts and the more you buy the more the discount! The shirts came three weeks later not as described and cheap quality and way too small for the size advertised! When I emailed them to return them the next day they have given me the runaround with requests for pics, then ridiculous small discounts to keep them and said returning them would be expensive! They don't tell you they ship from China or I would never have ordered them! Horrible, deceptive company!

I ordered 8 tops. Was sent 8 totally different, random junk tops! Do not waste your money! Return shipping to China costs almost as much as the tops cost! PayPal won't help me get a refund until I mail back the junk I was sent.

Ridiculous

1st photo… ordered on Dec 2, got notice that it shipped on Dec 3. Had to contact them on Dec 10 to see if there was tracking info. The package that arrived on Dec 27 contained the shirt in the 2nd photo. Not even a passing resemblance to the color, length or size of what was ordered…. Not acceptable to pair with the pants intended… and of course not on time for Christmas (not that I'd have worn it, it was not red, as I needed for the Christmas event). Thank goodness I had a backup plan. I've recommended that paypal refuse to do business with this group, and it would be best if Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook banned these negligent bunch as well.
