I ordered 2 tops the beginning of Nov 9, & today id Dec 2. I never received a tracking / shipping notice and when I emailed their customer service (3x) I never received a response. They took my 63$ and I NEVER got anything! SCAM SIGHT!

I ordered two shirts. They came in a timely amount of time. One shirt was correct. The other shirt was not what I ordered. I reached out to customer service. They said return shipping was very expensive so I could keep the item. My reply: I would like the shirt I ordered & paid for. Could I get that item. I asked several times why I couldn't get the item I paid for. Never a response. The customer service repeatedly stated: you can keep the item & went up to 45% refund. No more offered. I've been bantering with them for six weeks. I am now done with this nonsense. I accepted the 45% refund & will donate the wrong item. What a horrible place! Now I see from other reviews that this is the norm for this company. Purchase items in good faith that the correct items will be received. They take our money & could care less if the right product is shipped. I completely believe this is a con game they play. The other reviews are exactly like mine. No more purchases for me if not made in the USA. My money stays here. Those other folks can bite me.

They actually send the pants in a size 2 I am a size 8 and send a shirt that is not the one I ordered. Is been a back and for of messaging. They take it as me not satisfied with the product but they send the wrong product and said I should keep it and they will give me a discount. That does not solve the issue that I can not use the clothes because they won't fit.

NEVER order from Nora Clark. A complete scam and thieves. I spent over $100. Products not as described and too small. They offered 20% and then 40% back for me to keep the items. I wanted to send the items back for a full refund. They sent me an address in Hong Kong to send them back after telling me that if it was damaged they would not refund. I insured it with tracking. They never accepted the package and months later it was returned to me, intact. I sent them a photo. It cost over $40 to send them back. I ordered on May 18,2022 and items were returned on Oct. 28,2022.
They are selective about what emails they answer. Now they don't respond at all.

I woud rate them a minus 5 stars but I didn't have that option.

But the stuff they sent me was straight from China. When you look at their web page all the clothing looks so good. When you receive it, you wouldn't put it on a dog or even let your dog sleep on it. They sure know how to use photoshop. I even bought through Paypal and they couldn't do anything for me to get my money back because the real name of company is not Nora Clark. It is Midodo International Trading Limited. You've been warned!

Do not buy! The clothes are cheap and look nothing like the pictures. They will not let you return the cheap clothing. They keep asking for pictures of me in the items even though I tell them, "NO!"

Ordered a darling bunny t-shirt, but received a tacky red t-shirt with southwest design - I wouldn't even wear the item to a mud wrestling competition. Was offered 10% refund which was upped to 20% after my complaining. They would not send the correct t-shirt. First time I have ever been scammed.

I started to order about $250 worth of clothes from Nora Clark because the photos of the clothes looked so gorgeous and a lot of the Tee-shirts had Christian slogans and looked to be good quality. However, they were advertising discounts (that didn't seem to mesh with the discounts at checkout) and there was no size chart, so I decided to try to find a customer service phone number to call. I was so glad I did. Because what came up were customer reviews of this company from Trustpilot that said they were total scammers and folks were not only NOT getting what they ordered but what they did receive was horrible quality and wrong sizes. They said the company was not from the U.S. as advertised but from China (which I refuse to buy from). They said they tried to get their money back and were unable to. There was one good review, but I suspect it came from Nora Clark. So, DO NOT BUY from this company!

This company is the worst of the worst. First I was sent the wrong item and I am emailing and emailing trying to get this issue resolved and all I am getting is 10% off the wrong item they sent me. I don't want what they sent me. I want what I ordered and I can't get that. I'm so disgusted at the situation. I will never ever order from them again.

Nora Clark will not let me return for right size or even a refund if returned. Said shipping was expensive. Then they said they'd give me a big discount. 10% isn't a big discount. Very disappointed. $200 of clothes I'm stuck with that doesn't fit. The size chart gives the right measurements, but the shirts aren't the right size.

I ordered from Noraclark having seen a top I loved on Pintrest. There is no indication that it is coming from China until you are able to track and your $ is long gone from your bank. The site Loures you into ordering more items offering discounts. And so I did. The merchandise looked great. Unfortunately what I received was far from great. The initial top ai originally wanted was not sent and was instead replaced with an ugly t-shirt. Another of the items was not what I ordered and the remaining 2 were not as pictured and one was extremely poor quality. Beware, don't get scammed like I did,,,it comes from China. I had to give one star but it isnt even worthy of a star

They send wrong items (may be on purpose) and refuse to replace them or refund you, arguing that de returning fees for the wrong item are huge... You pay for their mistakes!
They supplied me with a wrong, ugly piece of cloth, fully different from my order and now they offer first 10%, than 20% and so on, discount if I keep it! Not Aceptable!
99% of the comments in the Internet are negative (1*), they would get -5* if we could.

Shirts and pants wrong size. Don't tell you products are coming from China. Contact via email. No response. No way to ship back to China.

If possible I would give a minus 5 for this site! The 3 Christmas tops I bought were NOTHING like I ordered! They were advertised as sequined and shown in the picture as being sparkling sequins. Not one sequin! The hideous fabric was a printed photocopy of sequins! UGGG!
I tried the site to talk with a assistant consultant, Pearl Wilson, plus a photo of this person! Okay until I described my grievances! I was then advised to... "fill out the new page, just sent, and an expert consultant, Ellen (one of 14 experts online now) would help me from here!" Just one tiny hitch... the page, 'Just answer Experts' cost "$2.00 to join, then $41.00 per month after that. Cancel anytime." This form required me to give my email address... my credit card details and my zip code! Do they think I'm a total idiot?
Yes, more fool me for not reading the reviews before I sent an order, BUT, fool me once...! Needless to say I have heard nothing further from Nora Clark and I am unable to reenter their complaints section.
The first photo is the one advertised on Pinterest, the next two photos are of the actual product sent. As you can see there is no comparison!
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE for your own sake... I never will again!

Things I ordered never arrived. I tried to retun and was not credited. I paid to ship the returns and they NEVER returned any of my money. Many of the items I ordered were not what was described! My order was over $200.00. I kept one shirt and sent the rest back, and NEVER receied any of my money. I want to report them to the Better Business Bureau- FRAUD! Horrible customer service! Save yourself your money and frustration- DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! It's all too good to be true!

Dress ordered Aug. 31,2022. On September 10,2922 the dress is shown as delivered but not received.

Took my order. Sent 5 weeks later. Two items were not what I ordered. No invoice slip inside. No way to contact them. Out 79 dollars.
