THE SHORT STORY: BEWARE, THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNETHICAL I decided to try the cat food when I came across a teaser on their website of 50% off the first order. Up until then, I'd been feeding my cat the Tiki Cat raw food which he loved, but the store that carries it is out of the way and I was looking for the convenience of something that could be delivered. This was a trial offer and I did not agree to any type of auto ship program, which I absolutely never do. Upon receipt of the order, I began by slowly introducing the Nom Nom cat food. Unfortunately, it did not appeal to my cat, and he even vomited a few times after eating it. This was no big deal until I received an email from Nom Nom stating that they were preparing to send another order. I immediately responded with a request to discontinue, and stated that I do not wish to receive more of the food. I still had a freezer full of the original order! They handled the situation terribly, and claimed that it was too late to cancel. They ran an unauthorized charge to my credit card for $93.85 when the order had not even been shipped.
It is now three weeks later. They never even sent the cat food, and they refuse to refund my money.

The website will catch your eye! The photo's and the video's of their food may get you to sign up for their expensive food. I ordered the sample/trial which comes with an automated monthly (6 week) subscription. I don't know where all these amazing reviews are coming from. I'm being honest. After the sample came my pup ate the food due to hunger and not taste. Every single packet was mostly potato with some veggies (hardly any meat). Very disappointing indeed. I thought... okay... let's see how she does on the real 1st order. I got the notification that her food was on it's way. Sadly it was delayed big time. It is supposed to come to the door frozen so you can simply put it in your freezer and take out as needed. My first huge order came and the box was all wet. It was warm. The food inside was all defrosted and room temperature and looked wet. I was so angry. I figured I would try to put in freezer because at that point there was nothing else to do. Each day I opened a defrosted bag to feed my dog... but she refused to eat it. Sadly I think the entire shipment was spoiled. I ended up throwing all the food out. I canceled my subscription and never want to use this company ever again. I told them what happened and I was ignored! Hope this raises some awareness to nom nom. Since then I tried Farmer's Dog and all has been well. Thank goodness!

I put my pup on NomNom Now after a bad reaction to Fresh Pet. I gave him the Chicken/Veggie recipe. It arrives in pre-portioned sizes and is packaged on dry ice. The food is human grade, formulated by a vet. I swear I would eat it over rice in a Zombie apocalypse. The Customer Service team is first rate bending over backwards to accommodate. But, it is expensive. Obviously with the quality and shipping it costs money. I still feed him NomNom but it's mixed with dry food to make it more affordable.

My baby loves this food. Its fresh and personalized for my for him as he needs to lose a little weight.
