I love these shoes. I bought them in black and they go with everything! The top of the shoe is sturdy, but not so thick that you feel like your walking on a brick. It's incredibly cute on, but also breathable with a slight padding underneath which is good for people with sensitive feet.

Shipping turnaround time takes days then they charge a ridiculous shipping charge of $10.95. If the item has to be returned on top of that which mine did because the website picture didnt come close to what the shoe actually looked like, its another $6.95 restocking fee. They obviously dont value their customers charging them enormous fees like this when most other companies have free shipping and returns. Disgusting!

The price is great, but the shipping is always slow. I have ordered numerous times but have never received the item within 10 day. It sometimes takes more than 20 days. The last time I ordered, it arrived after 3 weeks. After 2 weeks, I tried to contact the customer service but I ultimately hung up after waiting for more than an hour. The item arrived after 3 weeks but I didn't need them anymore so tried to return, but they didn't provide me a free return shipping label. The service is awful and I feel like the business will close soon like they closed most physical stores in the states.

Before you place an order with NINE WEST, think it 10 times. I love the shoes but YOU CAN'T CANCEL the order and the customer service is horrible. They hang up on me twice!. I never try to return anything but I image they make it hard either. My story is that I placed an order on a Friday, I called on Saturday to cancel it and although it was not shipped, they said that I have ONLY 1 HOUR FRAME after you place the order for cancellations.I called on Monday to try new luck and the lady told me that she was going to make a ticket for a cancellation and she gave me hope that it was going to be cancelled. The day after I saw that the order was shipped!. That is UNACCEPTABLE.

Fantastic price. Fast and cheap shipping and a fair return policy. I'm glad I found this place. It is now one of my regular places to shop.

I am honestly and highly recommend this online-shop if you are finding something unique and quality, shipping was fast. Website is easy-to-use.

I ordered a pair of boots over the weekend and received an email I would get the shoes within 2 day actually said they'd be delivered that day and to my surprise they weren't. After waiting 2 more days I called and was told exactly "we did our part you can contact ups to find out what happened". This bothered me because when they send the email stating the item ship with a tracking number that when you track only says label created waiting on the package. I asked for a supervisor and was told I could only email at that point. Very bad customer service will never shop with them again

I purchased a pair of pumps online for a special event. Shipping was promised in 5 days at the most. My order arrived 10 days later and after my event sonI no longer needed the shoes. I went online to return and to my surprise I am being charged $7.00 to return them. It's boat a lot of money but it is the principal, why should I have to pay to return an item that didn't arrive in time. I will never purchase another Nine West product as long as I live.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Nine West on Wednesday night 10:00pm. Called the next day to cancel the order and was told the order will have to ship to me and then I can return it. That's not a cancellation, that's a return and I would have to pay a re-stocking fee. I will NEVER order from this site again. The order was not fulfilled at this point either, the manager gave all kinds of excused from she cant communicate with their warehouse etc. YALL ARE A POOR EXCUSE OF A SHOE COMPANY AND YOUR PLOICY ARE REDICULOUS! CARAPPY SHOES TOO

Ordered at the store for the first time. Thank you for your work. Everything came quickly, the manager is attentive, friendly. The prices are nice.

Shoe did not fit. Too tight. Had to return. Worst return policy ever. I paid $54.00 for sandals. Received $38.00 back on card. After all the fees and restocking charges. Not to mention the shipping to rceive them was a charge also.
I will never purchase again. I have brought many a pair of shoes and boots. This was my first experience with returns. My last purchase.
