I did purchase with them 2 times and both times one of the product is not available the money wont be refunded but credited to your account for which you will have to wait for ages to get your refund. They still haven't refunded my $117.00.-Which they always say that they would so now I have reported them to consumer council.

I don't understand this. There is no INR in the currency selection but delivery within India is free. When Converting the prices in $$ to rupees, each item is very expensive. The same items are much cheaper in other Indian sites.
It's cheating and mere exploitation. Not a fair way of doing business. I'll never buy here.

This is the most disgusting online app ever. No ethics at all/no return/refund policy/no customer service. Duping customer by selling worst quality products. Roadside vendor sells better stuff than you people. Never ever buy from nine colours. You guys can never grow if you are not customer oriented. Don't even deserve 1star rating.

Ordered a saree in sky blue color, but received Sea green. The pallu of saree was not the same as shown in photo. And strands of threads were coming off from few different spots in the border. Looks very cheap. And now that I want to return it, they say I can only get their credit to buy a replacement, that too eating all the shipping charges. Won't be ordering from them for sure... And would tell friends not to do so either.

They have good designs in their catalogue and definitely at one point people fall for this like me. But I have never got such product in my life and they won't respond to you if you are raising a concern and the saree I got was stinking and also the quality was very cheap. I wasted 1000 bucks on this.

I bought a saree from them which is completely different colour and not as described, it is only net saree and no work. You need to write an email to them to return product. They ask you to courier them back which obviously needs money and then they say pls note the shipping amount charged will not be given to u. Wow.

I don't have any complains as from fitting to color and fabric there was no as such issue and after wearing this saree it is looking super pretty on me. So I will recommend Ninecolours to my friends! Thankssss

My 4 friends did shopping from here few week ago and now yesterday just me bought a dress which I wanted to but from a long time and today I got delievery and I can't believe that how fast they work. Very easy and well organized options on this site for customers to opt easily.

I had a very very bad experience with ninecolrs. It is a fraud and cheating company. Customer service is also not good people are so rude when u ask about order status. I got my project after 20 days from my purchase date. So please be aware and don't waste ur time and effort.

The quality and services are really satisfactory! I always recommend Ninecolours to my friends and relatives.! Its difficult to resist my desires of purchasing products from Ninecolours as the every time come up with new and beautiful products at a very good price and then I have to order something for myself.

Even though Nine colours has a wide collection of items for women, I was able to find some excellent men's shirts & kurtas. The material was exceptionally soft in spite of being cotton; the color and design are so unique. I am very happy to buy here knowing that the money goes to the artisans and not to some middleman. Will be here for more shopping next time.

The reason I trust Ninecolours is that every time I have ordered some product. It has always turned out to be the best. In every context and I can anytime chose Ninecolours over any other website to purchase Ninecolours because of my experience.

The product is of bad quality and does not match with the picture as shown in website... customer care is pathetic and do not care... worst online experience... stitching is even shabby... crookedly done

The saree is too good exactly as shown in the picture. Material is soft. Colour combination is damn pretty. Perfect for evening.

I had bought a lenga but it did not look or fit anything like the picture. The material was very cheap. And what's the point of having a return policy if they will not accept your purchases?! Not satisfied with their product at all and will not be ordering from them again. Waste of money

Buyers pls never buy from nine colours! I bought from them sarees n Lehenga worth $260 n they r all cheap and flimsy material n blouse pieces r not complete. The false which I paid extra r of poor quality! Nothing as described rip off gave them a chance but have not resolved the prob

The clothes I bought from here has awesome finishing. I wanna appreciate the tailor for his really good finishing. I know most of sites but ninecolour has something which other sites lacks. Nor just me but my whole family buys from ninecolour. One if the trusted and nice quality at affordable price provider this is. Whatever I will say will not gonna enough.
