They have been super unprofessional. I placed an order 20 days in advanced trusting them to deliver the product right. But, when I called to inquire about the my order I was told that it is not ready and I can get refund back for my order. I needed the outfit for my niece's wedding. Now it's days left and I have no outfit! Very unprofessional and not trust worthy at all!

The guys who runs it and the customer support members were truly amazing. Extremely good customer service. They will solve every queries and problems within minutes. Once I paid the amount I was tension free beacaue from last few months I am using this service and still not got any issue.

The name is enough to trust. And not just name the product I got from here is really appreciable and I can't resist my self saying good about this. I received a good product and finally I am so happy because the pic at that time I seen the product is same. In few words delivery is very fast and everything I can buy here without being tensed about quality. Quality is what this site never fails to give.

I bought one dress from ninecolours while paying its showing that cash back. After paid the amount its showing that my cash back amount will add in my account. When i try to return my product after 48hrs they r saying that v cant take it back... its completely fraud... not at all satisfied with ninecolours... my suggestion don't buy from online especially like these kind of websites... the material quality is horrible...

I have very bad experience, nothing is clear, products are not matching ordered one., refund they say It can go in my ninecolour wallet and can buy another products... call centre no one is picking up. Disgusting experience., 50% cash back also will go in wallet so no money back to account. It's a trap

In my life I seen so many sites and bought so many online products but for buying Indian wears this site tops the list. I don't know why but this site satisfied me in a way I never seen on others. Giving this site 5 star review because of its uniqueness and quality.

I regret shopping at nine colours. They said the product was moss velvet and its cotton and the other one was of small size. And if i asked them for return and refund they said it will not be refunded. I regret purchasing online at ninecolours. Dont waste your money...

I paid express shipping for a lehenga choli and it's been nearly 6 months and I still haven't received it, when I contact customer service they used to say please give us time. But now they just ignore! Wasted $150+ on them. Don't get caught in their scammm. They don't even deserve a rating of 1

Orderd pink lehnga for my daughter looked beautiful on there site, what tuned up was utterly disgrace. You can see the difference in the photos so please don't waist you money I ordered from Australia it's not even worth it to send it back I am gonna use it for table frill for Pooja's

I ordered 3 items. 2 items got sent and the 3rd one couldn't be delivered 'due to unforeseen circumstances'. Now I kept asking about the 3rd item's progress because straight after ordering and confirming it, there was out of stock sign on the picture. They took my money from me but failed to tell me that there was no item for 20 working days. I will not be shopping with them ever again.

This company is cheating! The garments look nothing like the pictures. They are poor quality fabric and stitching. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. They will not honor what they said and are not replying to emails when I said the products don't look like the pictures. Save your money... don't order from them!
