I wish i had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered few clothes from them and it took them more than what was promised to deliver. I was so disappointed. The dresses are so cheap quality and doesn't fit me at all. None of them look like as shown in the picture. Customer service is pathetic. I feel completely wasted. Please don't be fooled.
Awful quality and even worse stitching. Their "cash back" when you spend more is just a coupon you use on your next purchase and you cannot use all of it either, like 3-5$ per order. Do not buy from here.
I received my goods after along wait and I was shattered. The material is simply but crap. Stitching quality is terrible. Even a beginner can do a better job than this. You can buy better product from the foot path, it will have a minimum quality. Customer service is hopeless. They are not responding to my mails anymore. If you have some extra cash to spend go ahead or else stay away from these Robbers.
Very bad. Stitching is very worst. Very much disappointed. Thank God I didn't recommended to anyone. Late delivery. Even ordinary tailors will stitch properly. Thought of throwing away. Worst. Picture and materials are Different.
I ordered a garment worth 250; if the payment by credit card was immediate, I had to make a claim to be finally delivered 7 weeks later. While I had ordered an article presented on the photo and the description as being of peach color, I received an article of fluorescent pink color absolutely horrible... I obviously asked by mail (*******@ninecolours.com), on several occasions, a return and a refund but no reaction from the after-sales service; total silence! This site is a real scam; to proscribe totally if you do not want to go to the front of a big disappointment...

I recently ordered a few things from the site and will NEVER repeat that mistake. The stitching (as numerous people have said) is horrible. It was crooked, messy, the trimmed frayed pieces visible on the outside. It was also misaligned on parts of the design. And the worst part... it resembled nothing of what i ordered. It should be a hi-low design, but what i received was and extremely long maxi (anarkali). The embroidery is terrible and looks worn.
When working with them on returns, they keep asking for a picture with the tape measure from end to end to even begin discussing refund. Nevermind that the design resembles nothing compare to what's on the site. Horrible customer service. Crappy quality. Will never shop here again. Don't recommend it for anyone else either.
Placed two bulk orders, poor quality of garments. One of the blouses was so cheaply made that you could see spaces between the actual thread of the material. Garments looked nothing like the picture and was not allowed a refund or return because it was custom stitched. Trying to communicate with there customer service was such a nightmare that I gave up in the end.
I first ordered one for my MOm. She flaunted the saree in the pics like never before. If a lady of 55 years doesn't see any flaw in it then it is worth buying. So I ordered another one for her Niece the following week. Could see sparkles in her eye after she took a glimpse at its work. Please have more color combination and alternate designs too... please bring more contrasting and deep color combination. This saree projects the Indian culture very deeply
It's a complete rip-off and waste of money. They are running monkey business. They don't have any single product as shown in the pictures. Please stay away from this vendor. I don't understand how come he is still running the business. It should be reported as a fraud company! This Indian company is bringing shame. It's cheap design, cheap quality clothes.

We have bought a dress from ninicolours online site, they have shown a good photos on site but actual dress is poor and different one.
Now after making payment they are not ready to replace the dress or refund the money.
Please do not believe on them and always go for COD only.

They charge you full price for items that are listed as on sale. Next you get "cash back" for the amount that they should have taken off in the first place. Then you can only use 20% of this "cash back." This is absolutely ridiculous! Just a way to steal your money.

I did purchase with them 2 times and both times one of the product is not available the money wont be refunded but credited to your account for which you will have to wait for ages to get your refund. They still haven't refunded my $117.00.-Which they always say that they would so now I have reported them to consumer council.
