I love their products. Everything was fine until a few weeks ago when the shipping cost skyrocketed. They're trying to charge me $585 to ship 5 pieces of jewelry. I'm getting zero help from customer service. I would give customer service a 0 out of 5.

So let's just say that I had two orders be shipped out together it was over $2000 spent and to this day I have never received it and never had tracking update they constantly lie and keep telling you wait five days wait 5 to 7 days. Ups has told me they don't have my package because tracking only shows that a label was made.

Nihao Jewelry apparently mixed up my order and shipped the wrong items. After creating a customer support case they acknowledged their fault, but offered only 30% refund for something that I neither wanted nor ordered.
Update 1: After a negative review and a couple of months, they provided about 90% of the initial order value as credit for my next purchase.
Update 2: When I placed a new order with the provided credit, Nihao refused to process and ship the items, saying that this is because I rightfully filed a PayPal chargeback case against them.
Since then, they harass me on whatsapp from 3 different numbers.

I found this website and was curious how my experience would be ordering from another continent but the whole process was seamless. There was customer service reps online to help you (sometimes they weren't due to the time difference but you can leave your contact details and they email you back). The shipment arrived quicker than I expected and 99% of the items were in excellent condition. The few that were faulty I got credit for my next order. Good quality products. Will order again.

I placed an order from Nihao Jewelry on April 18,2022. The company swiftly collected payment for my order from PayPal. However, nearly a full month later… low and behold, I have yet to receive even an email communication from Nihao jewelry. I never received tracking information for my order or any form of confirmation email. The customer service from the company fails to respond to emails inquiring about the status of my order. In my limited experience, this company appears to be a complete scam.

The products are really worth, the prices are great.
Every time that I have a question / inquiry, the respond very fast and help with. Customer service has surprised me, and balance is fixed when materials are out of stock. I highly recommend to buy through Nihaojewelry, the quality in a lot of products is very good and you should invest to generate great profits.

First the lady tells me it will processed in 5 days which is really 8 because I had to reach out. Then another lady tells me one of the items i ordered is not in stock but the manager tells me to trust him and that the whole order will be shipped in two days. Nope one was out of stock. I received a credit that disappeared even when i deleted the items from my cart. I paid shipping for 3 items originally and suppose to only be receiving 2. Yet I am suppose to pay shipping again for an item that was out of stock just to replace it. The customer service sucks and the support agents are good for nothing. They refer you to whatsapp so they can refer you again. I will never do business with these people again. I have not received anything yet and don't care if the quality is good. It wont be worth dealing with this again.
