Guys you HAVE TO shop on this app. Nihao Jewelry is Amazing! Great customer service too! I love them already. I'm gonna keep shopping with them until I go broke my sales y manager is Bella, and she walked with me every step of the way. I could not have gotten a better experience than this one. I'm so thankful to have found them.

Great experience

I've bought a lot of stuff from this store and I've always received it. The quality is decent, not the best, but not the worst, so it's pretty good for the prices they offer. In addition, their customer service is quick and very useful to solve everything that could happen.

Unbelievably, I received my shipment today (within 10 days of ordering the items online) …. AMAZING! Each item is as described and as pictured. I'm ecstatic on the quality of each jewelry piece. I'm pleased with the customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

The goods are shipped out within a short time frame after order placement. Stocks have been received promptly and all items are accurate. Goods that has been shipped are same as shown on the web store. Service staff is very helpful and prompt when replying to queries via watsapp.

My favorite minorist online shopping, perfect for start your own business like I did. I like that they get fast shipping after the order is processed, but consider that the shipping is kinda pricey. All the products I've ordered were amazing! I have almost like a year with them and I'm very happy. Also consider that if the product is out of stock (after you payed for it), you get the money back as credit to use it again on the store, not on your account.

This company does not respond to most comments they told me their supplier was closed but they are the supplier. They told me before I ordered if I ordered before the timer then they would ship before their holiday and didn't, then they said it would go our on the 4th and still my order hasn't been picked now its the 5th and they tell me the supplier was closed until the 7th, it seems nothing they say is true

I like the site and the items, i tear them apart to use for crafting so the quality isnt an issue, selection is fantastic. But five weeks after the order was placed, tracking number they provided just says only "label created" with a "pending shipping date". They claim to have shipped the item some four weeks ago and the estimated delivery time has come and gone by several days. If the shipping information tracking doesnt get updated with a change of status after a month in a few days, i have no choice but to dispute the charge. Customer service says "to wait" with no specific instructions. ALSO, the item inventory i order in real time shows whats available when i place the order. I order accordingly and inevitably when I FOLLOW UP to check the order, many dozen items that were able to be ordered a couple days before, are "out-of-stock" and i receive a credit for a future order for what i was charged for, but wasnt in stock (this is illegal to charge for items never shipped) but it perpetuates repeat business when in truth, any economy of bulk ordering is lost just using the credit because shipping is so damn high it eats up the bulk of the credit.

Received some good orders, then the problems began

After some good dealings with this company, I thought I had found a reliable supplier. Then an order didn't turn up and it was deemed lost in the post. It took weeks of haggling before they finally sent out a replacement order. But items were missing. Items that I'd paid for. I've messaged them 5 times now, through various ways, and they have completely ignored me. I can see they have no intention of fixing this problem, so I won't be using them again.

Buyer Beware

My package has been sitting at a port for over a months and the company refuses to anything about it. Sad considering I have purchased from them before. Apparently, if your package gets lost on the mail you are on your own to dispute with your credit card company. What a dishonest and disgraceful company to deal with.

Packages never received

I placed and order on December 1st that should have gotten here on December 12th. I reached out to the company several times the account manager have yet to answer my emails or messages. I reached out to FedEx they says the label has been made but they have not received any items. This is my 3rd time ordering from them but it seems they are becoming crooks. I've been talking to the account manager Alice and she promised me the packages are now shipped out but then turn around to some of the items are out of stock. (Images of conversation down below) They are compulsive liars. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and I need a full refund.

Two cotton night gowns were not cotton, one like rayon and one was a polyester and the nicer of the two -the rayon like one was way too small, only one of 5 items was decent but also a bit small

Overall great experience

Great service! I ordered my package with the cheapest shipping and it arrived in only 3 weeks, which is great. The earrings look super good quality and feel very tight, so they dont fall out. I would continue buying in this website. Also, customer service is very friendly and always answers my questions, they take a little to answer but they do.
