This is a crooked chinese company, do not buy anything from this company. When you place the order it shows available, the moment you pay for the order, the status of your order changes to shortage, they will not return your money, if you try to order again, you cannot us the credit for shipping charges, you need to pay shipping separately, and again they will indicate your order in shortage. In other words you keep paying them money and will not get your order mailed out.

My experience with Nihao has been very good, the quality of the products never disappoints, since for the prices that are handled, the quality is surprisingly good, many people see the cost of shipping as a disadvantage, however considering that they use DHL, I can to say that it is a very good price (my father works at DHL), considering where the products are shipped from.

I ordered handbags and and some accessories. I received everything except for 1 handbag, I contacted customer service and they gave me a credit for it. Two bags came with defects but again customer service refunded me 50%. I will order again, good products and good customer service.

I placed an order in September and tried to cancel the order while it was still processing. They stated that the order had shipped (though the FedEx tracking number did not show up until the next day). It was shipped to the US and I contacted FedEx to not deliver the package and return it to the seller. I have gone back and forth with this company for over 3 months, only to find out that FedEx contacted Nihao no less than 4 times and destroyed the package when there was no response. I cannot file a claim against the package, only the shipper can. Nihao insists that I received the package. I did not, and they will not contact FedEx to get the correct information or to file a claim. Now I have no product, I'm out the amount that I paid and am completely disgusted by this company. I urge everyone not to do business with this company because if there is an issue of any kind, the consumer will be the one taking a loss.

I received earrings that were defective and received no support. They didn't admit that they did anything wrong and made me feel like I did something wrong. At the end they wanted me to pay to ship back the product at half the cost of the product to get my money back
Don't buy from these people they are scammers.

They keep canceling my orders but gladly taking my money. When I put in a dispute with Paypal, they keep crying to cancel the dispute and we will give you your money back. I have not yet gotten a refund! Thieves!
