Part of my order missing but ehey refunded me. The refunded the other part shortly after myself requesting it. This saved them fin the end on my eyes. Personally there are better people out their to shop with but these guys are good for a bargain.
Avoid Nigel O'Hara like the plague. They offer £5 credit vouchers to anyone who agrees to leave a positive comment on this website. All carried out by way of nonsense competitions on their Facebook page. Everybody who enters their comp "wins" a minimum spend voucher OR £5 credit if they agree to leave a positive comment here (despite no purchase having been made). When I pointed this out I was advised to leave a positive comment about their website instead! Extremely devious and evidence that they are not to be trusted.
Ordered some plug sockets that took while for delivery. If I was to review the service solely, I would give three stars if I am honest but their range of products wins it for them. The plug sockets they supplied me with also have USB ports in them for charging smart devices which is brilliant.
The website needs a bit of work- some pages look like everything has been thrown on their at once and their PayPal compatibility is not top notch, it actually makes it difficult to track your order.
Bought an LG urbane watch. I t was in-stock so it was received fairly quickly.
I have had better dealings with larger companies in terms of the length of time I have waited for an order, but the price? No-one matches these guys.
If you don't mind a wait, like me, then the prices here will reward you for your patience.

The price was fantastic and I received my item but there was a lack of contact.
I was told to check my Junk and Spam folders for email updates and fair enough I found them but a phone call would have been nice. Am I just being picky?

Really simple process and item arrived within a decent timeframe. No option for PayPal hence 4 stars (woulda have made it slightly quicker to order)
The service was still good. But, they did not charge me for shipping to US so I had to then make an addtional payment via PayPal, This was an inconvenience and the first time this has happened to me shopping in a UK store.
I got a nice little Filofax at a great price. No complaints here!
