Please accept my apologies for my delay in responding as this was not a platform that we have monitored previously.
Questions via our support system never go unanswered which is why I would advise you to check your junk or spam folders.
Unfortunately some email clients can filter our emails to these folders.

If you have not ordered anything then PLEASE DON'T. If you have been unfortunate enough to do so then I suggest you keep trying to contact them. You are likely to reach someone eventually (although all bets are off as to whether they will actually help you in the end).
