After waiting 6 months for my order (lounge and armchair) to be delivered, finally arrived but the color or armchair is not what i have ordered. After daily phone calls (when i had to explain my situation over and over 30 times as i have spoken to 30 different operators) to customer service I came to conclusion they ae well trained to pass the ball from one person to another person. They are saying: someone will call you within 30 in, someone will call you by End of business day today, state manager is scheduled to call you on this date, state manager call is rescheduled, call store manager, visit the store, i have done everything and when i called them again, the operator hanged up on me twice. I even have sent emails... nothing... nothing. I would never buy anything from them and would strongly recommend to all of you who is reading this, please dont buy anything from them. I want to cancel my order and get my deposit back and as soon as i say that, two operators hanged up on me. Poor customer service.
Third motor gone just WAITING for the forth to die. Have puirchase 4 puffs. I could not trust them to replace motors which they might only last a short time BEWARE OF THIS CRAPE
When we purchased our two lounges with 4 motors the sales man said that if one was to fail you still have 3 more., The motors appear to only last a couple of years. We have 2 not working at this time. I have a BAD back and its this reason we paid big bucks for this lounges. Buyer be ware these are cheep chinese motors. THINK BEFORE YOU BUY...
Confirmed a delivery between 11 am to 3 pm. No show, no phone call from driver or Nick Scali. After many phone calls to Nick Scali call centre, still no idea where the driver was. At nearly 6pm, delivery truck arrived. Total 3 delivery workers. But the leader spent more than 15 mins to say they could not found a parking then asked us to reschedule or delivery the furniture to our apartment without assemble them. We felt so disappointed this happened. Cause we wasted whole day, not going to work, staying at home waiting for this "Reschedule"! What a joke Nick Scali!
Our couch order was placed in October 2021 and we were told it would be delivered by the third week of March 2022, which was already far too long for us to wait, but we thought it would be before that because they used the word "by". Due to "COVID" it was delayed three seperate times, but I hade to ring to find out myself. Then once it was in the warehouse, ready for delivery, we were given a tentative delivery date on 4th May, five weeks late. My wife moved all her meetings so she could take delivery, asking a dozen or so people for favours. It took her two frantic days to organise. They then texted the couch delivery was delayed by a day with less than two days notice. I rang customer service (presumably a call centre overseas) to ask for it to be scheduled back on the previous day and was on the phone for an hour. When I got through, I was put on hold for fifteen minutes, then hung up on. After calling back, (and waiting again) they said there was nothing they could do. I waited for a confirmation text this time and then only after confirmation, organised to take a day off work myself. Even though it had been confirmed, they sent me a text at 5:14pm the night before the CONFIRMED delivery date (I could not call back and complain), delaying it by another five days. DO NOT SHOP WITH NICK SCALI! We have no idea when our couches will arrive, or if they even exist, and they want us to pay BEFORE delivery. You've got to be joking. To say we are furious is a massive understatement. Atrocious customer service. We have been waiting over half a year. How do I give them a negative score?

I purchased Dinning table and a few rugs from Nick Scali, and not happy with my experience...
$#*! product, and delivery was a real pain. They don't know how to plan your delivery. They are using bunch of armature contractors who just waste of your time. They made mistake and postpone my delivery to the next week with out any notice.
The rug I purchase smell like $#*!, it seemed that was in warehouse for ages... ahhhh
When I asked for return and refund, they said they don't accept it and they need to send someone at your home to assess... $#*!ing none sense process.
And I am still waiting for my refund...
We have placed two orders with Nick Scali and both experiences have been extremely awful! We purchased a rug from them which within less than 13 weeks started to develop a fluffy sort of appearance, and looked totally different to the display rug in the showroom. After numerous emails back and forth Nick Scali didn't want to know about it and kept telling me it was due to friction and would settle down. They were very hard to deal with and eventually stopped replying to my emails to resolve the situation.
We also brought a lounge suite from them. We signed a contract stating the delivery timeframe would be 14-18 weeks, we ended up waiting 34 weeks. Every interaction with Nick Scali was a negative one, their staff were always unhelpful, didn't want to try and resolve issues. They provided us with misleading information, and had we known this information was incorrect we would never have brought from them. They charge a $99 delivery fee but don't take any of the packaging away (even though upon purchase we were told all the packaging does get taken away) which cost us more money to dispose of at the dump. Overall will never ever buy from them again.
After purchasing a table and having a faulty version delivered I am still waiting for a replacement and for some one to get back to me. Its been 5 months! I'm currently on hold and have been for the last hour and this is the 14 time I've called. I keep getting bounced from call centre to call centre- disgusting!
Get your act together Nick Scali- spend less money on your adverts which are sexist and old fashioned and more on treating the people that actually walk through your doors like real humans.
Order of chair and bench pending for last 3 months and keep delaying and given new delivery dates which are not being fulfiled. I have a dining table without chair and bench - imagine how it looks in the dining area. A piece of Picnic Table
Purchased a lounge from this company and had it delivered in February 2022. After a month the leather was creasing and also parts of the leather was faulty and the manufacture of this lounge was of the lowest quality for a so called italian made lounge compared to the showroom sample. We had their rep come in to investigate and a leather expert to also investigate. The result was that after a month in our house they put it down to wear and tear. Absolutely pathetic so I will be taking this matter further. The follow up service and the quality of this product is no where near the quality they state or show on their showroom floors. Beware.
Will never buy from Nic Scarli again. After waiting for 6 months they delivered the wrong lounge couches, then reordered the exact same again which arrived a further 6 months later. No one willing to sort the issue out - numerous promises from the store and service department to phone back and they never did.Do yourself a favour never buy from them.
I waited months for the delivery of our leather lounge only to find that the finished product was very badly manufactured. I thought it would be a simple thing to have this rectified. After sending photos of the problem I was told a technician would have to come out and inspect the lounge. The only problem with this is the technician can't come out and inspect for a month. I phoned the service department to see if the matter could be expedited and, after being given the runaround, asked to speak to the service manager. It was obvious that this call will not be returned. In fact I was asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment already made for the technician to come and inspect. Terrible after sales service and the product not up to standard.
Bought 2 couches from Nick Scali in July 2021, still waiting for delivery it is now April 2022. Couches were meant to arrive in October 2021, kept getting pushed back. They have finally confirmed delivery date this month and have now decided they want full payment rather than paying the delivery people as stated on the Invoice. And I'm not even sure they'll actually deliver it. DO NOT TRUST THEM, TOO MANY LIES.
Firstly I bought a lounge, it took over 5 months to make, when it arrived, it was damaged beyond repair. Their solution, I wait 5 months again with a lounge that is broken and uncomfortable. I suggest, do they have anything else in stock. They assured me they had a like for like in a different model. This was not the case, when it arrived the chaise was on the wrong side and the chaise did not recline like my other lounge ordered.
Now I'm waiting for the lounge to be collected and refunded. Apparently I have to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund once the other lounge is collected. This will leave me without lounge for several weeks.
This company is so hard to deal with, they block you from trying to speak to managers to cover their own mistakes.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY!
My lounge was paid for and I rang Bennet's Green store to see if the container had been unloaded last week and everything was in order for delivery. I was assured it was received and I received messages 3 time this week to say it would be delivered Friday plus a covid safe message at 7.30 this morning. I even declined a late call to a wedding today to stay home to get my lounge.
At 8.45 I received a call to say my lounge was still in a container and had not been unloaded. This was a lie, manager at Bennet's Green rang and told me they didn't have room on the Truck.
Please do not lie to customers. I'm very angry as Isold my old lounge yesterday and iIhave nothing to sit on.

I wish I could give less than 1 star and I wish I had read reviews before we bought. We purchased a sofa 'off the floor' at Nick Scali Toowoomba. We live 140km away in Stanthorpe. We were told we could not pick up this sofa ourselves- it HAD to be delivered and we had to pay $200 for delivery so we reluctantly agreed and paid in full for the purchase. Two months have passed and we don't have the sofa. Apparently it was sent from Toowoomba to the Nick Scali warehouse at Narangba
We ordered 2 couches in June 2021 and were told that delivery would be 10-12 weeks, possibly a little more for Covid. We were given several delivery dates as time went on and were told last week of a delivery date of 23/03/22, so I foolishly paid the bill. The very next day I received another delivery date of 29/04/22.
I will never shop here again. I will bet there will be more delays yet.
We purchased a few items and one of the items was delivered faulty. The delivery driver informed us that he would arrange for this to be exchanged. Of course, nothing happened. So after a few phone calls back and forth we were advised that someone would be in touch. We received a text offering us $50 store credit. I called to say his was unacceptable. They advised this would be escalated to the next level. The escalations manager called and advised it would be replaced and apologised. However, the process of trying to sort this problem out was awful. The staff at the midland store were so rude. They implied that the coffee table had a natural flaw being concrete…. A big scratch and gauge out of the concrete is not a natural flaw. They said they would call us and never did. They were rude and huffed, rolled eyes etc. We I'll never use that branch again. If an item is faulty it is faulty end of. To be honest I am unsure if I'd ever shop in nick scali again.
A sofa that was supposed to take 3 months to arrive took 8. No discounts or free delivery offered, pickup not allowed either. They charged $95 for delivery & didn't even collect the packaging

Do not order from Nick Scali. The delivery times are outrageously blown out. They know this and will sell you the product anyway. Once you have paid for a product you receive almost no customer service.
My partner and I ordered a couch on 3rd July. We were told it would be 12weeks. With the possibility of a slight delay. We have been given at least 5 different delivery dates since then. We have rung and complained a number of times and very rarely does anyone get back to us. We had one manager say they would refund us $100 and then when two weeks had passed and this didn't happen we rang. We got told they had no record of this and so we would not receive a $100 refund. We are now at 6 months and still no couch. Their excuse is Covid impacting delivery. When we ordered our couch we were two years into covid already. They deliberately sold us a couch knowing we wouldn't have a product. They lie to take your money.
