What a bunch of losers, the whole company from the top to the bottom.

Lie to you, take your money, wont give it back, don't deliver on promises.

Common trend here, ordered start of October for hosting Christmas Day (was happy with a 6 week wait) been changed 3 times so far and over 2 months later the container is still not in Australia apparently?

Holding out help of getting it next October but that may be wishful thinking.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Manager at Crossroads in Sydney is too gutless to even call you back, gets a junior staffer to do his dirty work. Pathetic!

Brough a product in August 2020, got advised by the seller that would have some delays (due covid bla bla bla) as usually takes 8 weeks, but give a 10 to 12 weeks, and now I got the message saying the temptive delivery is in middle January 2021.
Result? My Christmas holidays in family is compromised, I have just sold my old sofa as it's ways over the maximum waiting period and what's now?
Do you think they call you to apologise or give some sort of compensation? No just a sms notifiying the delivery date and to warn no to pay the remain amount otherwise it won't be delivered.

WHAT A JOKE!

Ordered Nikita lounge suite. Called them Day 1 with issues, lodged a service request and sent photos. Fabric threads over the lounge suite. Half of the material appeared second hand, faded and stretched which created a terrible ripple effect. Corner cushion has zero support - unable to sit on it.
Sent out a technician that sat on the couch while very dirty and marked it. He agreed verbally that it either needed to be re stapled and pulled tighter or replaced.
Called back after not hearing anything to find that they had closed my service request.
The woman argued with me about RE opening it and then agreed to send out an 'independent technician' that came out twice.
Today they tell me there's no fault and suggested I read their booklet on lounge purchasing, refused refund, refused to fix, refused to replace.
The couch now groans and squeaks when sat on.
Will never go back, and will ensure that I tell everyone I meet about the terrible experience.

If i can give 0 star, i will do. I bought a lounge in castle hill store. When they try to sell you the lounge, they told me only take 8-10 weeks, the sales promise me my lounge will definitely delivery before Christmas time. I paid in beginning of the Sep., no one contact me until middle of the Nov, I have to call and track my order. When i try to contact the company and store. They told me they cant do everything but wait. The estimated arrived to Australia date is the end of Dec. The store manager Joe only just keep email me to tell me wait for the date, keep telling me that he will call me, but never happened. He does not do anything, didn't even try to offer the custom some solution after i told him i need the new lounge for my Christmas party and my son's birthday party. Very unprofessional and rude company and castle hill store especially! The store manager is not even good at customer service and not professional, how can you expect their sales to be good to you. Very bad experience with them. Will never buy stuff from nick Scali again! Spend money to buy stress?! NO Thank you!

Avoid at all costs.

With the premium price tag, not cheap to begin with. Products all made in China with delivery times at sometime this year maybe.
We have purchased a complete dinning set and large couch. It was meant to be a 8 week delivery schedule with covid and all. It has been an extra 2 months on top of the 8 weeks we already waited. Still unable to provide a time.
Really wish would we brought the furniture from another company and supported the local manufacturers. Now will be enjoying Christmas on milk crates. Thanks Nick Scali

I rang Nick Scali online sales early October 2020 and asked about the Minorca leather sofabed. I asked if I placed the order that I would receive my order before Christmas. The sales person advised me that orders take maximum 12 weeks but 8 to 10 weeks is more realistic. I took the chance and advise of the sales person and placed an order. Order was placed 2 October 2020. I emailed the same sales person for an update and was told I might receive end of December without more details.
I reminded the sales person what they told me prior to placing the order but they denied and advised me that they would never have said that. Very disappointed with that sales person.
Now, 25 December 2020 marks the 12 weeks, and brought that to the sales person's attention and if I don't receive on or before that date, I want a full refund of my deposit.

We have ordered few furniture in July and only got it recently in late November. There are more than 6 weeks delay. We ordered leather care kit, but came with the fabric care kit. I have phoned them 5 times about the care kit, but haven't received any replacement. IT IS WASTING TIME to communicate with those guys.
The boxes are everywhere after the delivery and the delivery guy said to me "enjoy the rubbish"
It is so disappointing for the money that i spent on and We will never buy from this company again.

Appalling communication
November 28, 2020

In store service great. But unfortunately none of what was said in store actually happened.
Lounge 6 weeks late.
We were given delivery options of only 3 days a week between between 11-3pm. And if not home. You will be charged for a second delivery. No care, consideration nor flexibility around customers work commitments.
I have never experienced any of the above from any other furniture store. Yes Freedom furniture have had delays. But their communication was excellent and apologetic.

Can't wait to get our lounge on Tuesday. That will be the last and only purchase from Nick Scali. A real shame. Because I like their furniture a lot!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
November 22, 2020

Bought a lounge from the Nick Scali in Osborne Park in July & was sworn to that it would be delivered in 6-12 weeks absolute maximum by the sales lady & they would be in contact after 6 weeks and throughout with updates NEVER ONCE HAVE I RECEIVED ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION FROM THEM.
I have to call them to enquire & every time the date gets pushed further and further. Up to 6+ weeks extra each time. The new "expected delivery" is 22 of DECEMBER (when I asked if their delivery service would be running that close to Christmas she said "don't know try calling dispatch" & they refuse issuing a refund. The Customer service is non existent, they don't care about their customers or running a Business that is actually functional? They just want your money - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Also I am expected to pay $85 for a delivery service that is disgustingly delayed?

LITERAL SCAM paid thousands of dollars & haven't even gotten the product yet and I already DESPISE NICK SCALLI

Terrible

I bought a lounge suite in July. Almost December and after constant lies and fake arrival dates we now don't know when it will arrive. Terrible service and wish I never walked in the door.

WORST customer service I've ever received DO NOT BUY FROM NICK SCALI
We have been waiting SINCE AUGUST for our couch. It was supposed to be here last week and no communication, called and they said it'll be TWO MONTHS LATE. Not a single care in the world, a women just kept saying ‘nothing I can do'
They wouldn't offer us any sort of compensation? Just save yourself HEAPS OF time and money and DONT ORDER

One of the delivery persons seemed to be on drugs. He could hardly speak, keep his eyes open and stand on his feet. He almost fell multiple times. When he spoke, he was aggressive, patronising, sexist and outright rude. Left a dirt mark on the furniture from his filthy hands. Moved unsteadily with wide movements with something sharp in his hand that he used for opening the boxes.
He was seemingly intentionally careless with the furniture, tossing and rolling the boxes, rather than using the trolley. His behaviour was aggressive, threatening, displaying superiority.
I contacted Nick Scali customer care just to receive absolutely no reaction.
It would appear, that this fits company policy. Fantastic.

After driving 3 hours from the country to Adelaide we found a buffet and Tv cabinet that we wished to purchase At Nick Scali only to be told that the warehouse was on the other side of town and needed 3 days notice before we can collect. Also told that we had to phone the warehouse ourselves to see if they would approve of us putting the items into our Ute! Staff were nice enough but it's obvious Nick Scali do not care about country customers at all! Not good enough! Lost our business - we will go elsewhere

Poor Delivery Service
August 21, 2020

$170 to deliver a couch that took 11+ weeks to get here. They cannot even break down or remove the boxes. Paid a LOT less for delivery from other stores who cleaned up after themselves. I will NEVER buy from this pathetic company again.

The provence marble dining table and leather black chairs are a perfect fit for our new home. From the sales team to Pat the delivery guy and his team mate, the table was delivered and assembled in a timely, professional manner. Thankyou for a friendly, seamless service.

Please google NICK SCALI REVIEWS First! You Will find out that nickscali has a consumer rating of 2.83 indicating that most consumers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases... when l wanted to buy a sofa I discussed my concern about delivery time with the staff as l am moving to a new house and the settlement date could be any time from July to end of August. The staff assured me that the delivery would be WHENEVER you want. Later on l got thousands of texts and phone that you item is ready to be delivered. Unfortunately my house wasn't ready to move in i asked them to extend but they said we do not have place to stock items! Finally Finally Finally they rescheduled the delivery time few more weeks but there is a question in my mind... Is the staff who sells the sofa to me ever know the policy of the store? Does he know nick scali does not have place to store the stock? Why he did not mention it while i talked about my conCern? DEFINITELY HE WAS JUST FOCUSING ON SALING STUFF AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT... really dissatisfied with my purchase from NIK SCALI... never will buy anything from them NEVER

Poor delivery service, rude customer service. Was told a window of 4 hours for delivery for am. Took half the day off and delivery did not turn up until late pm, lost day of wages and store manager was unperturbed
