We purchased a dining table for around $2.5K and it started to bubble on the surface. A replacement table top (only) was delivered but the wood did not match the legs so I sent it back. That was 7 weeks ago. Since then I have followed up to ask what they can do on numerous occasions and the team at Nick Scali have not given me any resolution. When I asked for a refund they referred to me to the Resolutions team in Australia and still no-one got in touch when they said they would. I have wasted hours on the phone to this business. They have dragged their heels and not been proactive in the slightest. They demonstrate no empathy and seemed to think it unreasonable that I should want to have a colour match for table top and legs. Now they advise me that they have no refund policy. This business is NOT at all concerned about the customer experience. They just want to shift substandard products and never mind if the customer is disappointed or ripped off.
Waited for months to have this delivered which I can live with however the quality is inferior and not fit for purpose. The marble table is covered in a soft resin which scratches very easily. We have only had this for a few months and although we have been careful to use mats for serving and dining, it looks really bad. Disappointing as it was over $2,000 plus exorbitant fees for delivery. Customer service have advised to cover it up! I asked for advice on how to remove the scratches however had not received any useful advice. If I cant use the table without covering it up then I may as well have purchased something cheaper and used a table cloth on it each day. Looking at the feedback received on this website I would advise anyone looking to buy any furniture not to give your hard earned money to this company. They are still selling this product, so buyer beware.
Delivery dates are not met and have been changing the dates saying shipment delays etc. We being the NZ customers cannot get through to the Nickscali customer service team to check on the delivery.
Very poor customer service and unreliable. We will never recommend this company to anyone who wants to buy furniture.
Their focus is only to sell their products and get deposits. We have never dealt with the company like Nick Scali and very frustrating.
We only had the lounge for two days. We have to wait till end off July someone to have a look we not happy
