Ordered 12/13/2022 and promised Christmas delivery. It's 12/27 and I've received nothing. NFL shop promised UPS delivery. UPS took package to the US Post Office. At one point my order got as far as my local post office but instead of delivering it, they rerouted back to an office in Ohio!

I placed an order for Xmas gifts on September 26 with a FULL ON GUARANTEE from a person in their customer service named Keisha Kent that they would definitely have an extended Xmas return policy. I am at day 92 of their regular policy to return 2 items out of 8 that I bought because they don't fit the recipients. I had to hold for 55 minutes, be put on hold 5 times, for them to dispute with me returning these two items. Despite what I was told by their customer service, they are saying that person shouldn't have told me that. So what they are saying is don't trust their people and believe me I will never trust this company again.

Many items are ship direct. I had a $280 item that was shipped separately as part of a larger order. It was Christmas and I forgot about it. When I remembered and called (on hold for 55 minutes - chat would not work all day). They agreed it had been sent to the wrong address (on the other side of the country). Every other item on the same order was sent to the correct address. They apologized and refunded the money. While I received a shipping confirmation email on other items, I didn't for this portion. Had I not remembered on my own and called, I'd have donated $280. Now, I have to watch for the actual refund.

Website claims "Worry Free" Returns. But when I started my return it charges $9.99 if you want a refund. NEVER AGAIN will I shop here. What a joke. My son bought shorts for his Dad, with his own money. I tried to have him order from another store that I know can be trusted but he really wanted to buy these shorts. In the picture, from which I bought a LV Raiders sweater, it looks a lot thicker and the letters are spread throughout the chest. The one I received is like a thicker shirt with relatively smaller font. Only good thing was a decent price, and shipping. That's why I didn't give it only one star.

I think the person's shift was over. Why would you ship this unfinished. A t shirt I ordered felt like the stitching was off. Cheap merchandise. Return policy sucks! I clicked on item that was listed as 27.99, I paid through PayPal and didn't notice they automatically set it to rushed shipping which was $14, which ended up being $46. I tried emailing them immediately after purchase as I noticed the price difference to fix this saying I was in no rush and to change it to standard shipping for me. No dice, I haven't heard from anyone days later and now I have the item. Please do yourself a favor shop elsewhere, these people are here to nickel and dime you to death. Bad business practices!

I placed an order for a Parsons jersey on Dec. 11,2022, as a Christmas gift for our adult son. We only buy one big gift for him as he is an adult and the cost of everything is so high. The website said that it would arrive by Christmas. I have been waiting for it to arrive. Yesterday, Dec. 21, I finally received an email from NFLShop.com stating my order had been processed and was shipped. It took them 10 days to process my online order for one item! I tried tracking it yesterday and it would not give me a date. Today, it now says it will arrive on Dec. 29. That's days after Christmas! I called customer service and the first woman I spoke with offered to return my $4 and change I paid for shipping. I told her that was unacceptable. She put me on hold to "see what she could do" and after sitting on hold for seven minutes, she hung up on me. I called back. The second woman said she could return my shipping and I told her that wasn't acceptable. She also put me on hold and then came back stating there was nothing they could do and that they could give me a coupon for 30% off on a future order. I won't order from them again so this was worthless to me. I asked them to overnight me a jersey and call back the one they sent by snail mail. She said they couldn't do that. This company is not worth its salt and failed to keep its word. If I had known that they wouldn't deliver by Christmas, I would have gone elsewhere. DO NOT waste your time ordering from this company. Save yourself time, money, and headache and shop elsewhere.

Order "shipped" on 12/19... tracking has not updated since the label was created. Called, stated I only ordered because I was promised to arrive before Christmas. Was told they have to wait 3 business days to do anything. Site still claims you have 8 hours to order for Christmas shipment... BS! I will not be getting my order what a joke! The manager did nothing for me at all. Neither person I spoke to sounded as if they had any compassion for what I was going through.

I ordered 3 things, all shipped separately and paid for shipping to be here in 3-7 days, 2 weeks later still hadn't received 2 of the items so contacted them and they said they were lost yet no one contacted me to let me know this, i asked for these to be reshipped and sent overnight since needed them before the holidays and was told they would do that. The next day received notice that one item had been shipped and would be here in 9 days! The other item they cancelled and when you try to contact them it is only an online robot that is zero help! They don't have any actual person to talk to about issues. Wouldn't buy again and told everyone in know not to buy from them.

Placed order with nflshop.com on dec 16 with the 2 day shipping get by xmas promo. 2 days later item is still processing finally ion Monday Dec 19th item was shipped but via ground from the west coast with a "estimated" scheduled arrival of Tue Dec 27th after the holiday! Being a child's Christmas gift and is arriving dec 27 ir after the not the promised by xmas 12/23 date listed clearly on the nflshop website! Calls to reps and lies and promises to change shipping speeds for items that already shipped? I was hung up on twice. Asked for a supervisor on dec 20 to contact me to no avail! This experience ruined christmas and is a complete time consuming hassle. I usually dont write reviews but what other reviewers have stated is def true! Stay far away! Nothing but a run around for an overpriced item that allegedly is cheaply made by other reviewers.
