The worst customer service possible. They don't read your questions fully and then do what they think is right. On more than one occasion, they just exited the chat so they wouldn't have to deal with my questions. Check this out, they dont' have an email to send inquires or complaints either LOL. You have to wait like 10 days to get the gift card credit which means we wouldn't be able to reorder in time for the holidays. Their customer care is super outdated. As much as I try to shop at sites other than Amazon, hard to compete with their stellar customer service. This process with NFLShop.com was super annoying and now I'm going to be stuck with a gift card AFTER the holidays.

Not only did you cancel one order and not tell me, you placed fake post office scans on a shipment I ordered 3 weeks ago plenty of time to get here before Christmas. I drove 90 miles to the origin post office and they NEVER had the package. When I called your customer service line and cut the crap by telling them I went to origin and they lied to me, I was placed on constant hold with the agent checking in every few minutes saying no supervisor is answering and doing all he could to get me off the phone.
I will be contacting my card company. And looking into small claims about this. What you're doing is illegal.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm always having issues with this site. Don't trust whatever they tell you for shipping. They take your money then you won't see your product for months when it is advertised as "7-8 business days". I ordered 2 items I was planning on gifting for Christmas on 11/25 it is now 12/13 and one package says it's getting delivered tomorrow (hasn't even shipped) and now the other isn't estimated until 12/27 AFTER CHRISTMAS literally a month after I purchased. Very quick to take your money though… Called customer service and my order is delayed because my items are out of stock at the warehouse… WHY DID YOU LET ME PURCHASE AND TAKE MY MONEY IF IT WAS OUT OF STOCK. It is crazy. Just want our money back and now have to wait 72 hours to see if we can. DONT BUY FROM HERE.

I continued the purchase even after I only got 25% off and after they got my credit card information and completed the purchase they informed me of a January 17 expected delivery date. I called customer service and cancelled my order. They said they cancelled the order and will get my refund in about 5 business days. I went to a local store and purchased the same product. The next day the NFL shop said my package was on its way after they said it was cancelled. They never cancelled my order! I will never buy here again.

So the delivery driver made a delivery just not to my house twice, the first time they had a picture of it and the 2nd time didn't. I ordered 2 items from this site on 11/25 hoping to leave myself plenty of time to wrap everything and have it under the tree by Christmas. One of the items arrived but the other one's shipping date has been pushed from 12/05 to 12/16 and is expected to arrive on 12/27. I'm extremely disappointed that it is going to take over a month to receive my item and I'm now scrambling to get the address changed as I'll be out of town when it arrives. To add insult to injury as of 12/08 the website is advertising on banners that TODAY is the last day to order an receive by Christmas. What a joke. Only saving grace was the customer service rep I chatted with who opened a ticket to MAYBE get the address changed on the order so that my friend can get their gift late.

I bought the GBP personalized ear buds for my husband for Christmas & the case looks nice & I know he'll love them. It was also delivered 3 days earlier than expected. My only suggestion would be to find a way for your site to be accurate as it only shows processing but had already already received an email confirmation that the package was shipped & at the time when I received it(the package) it still showed processing. But I'm super happy with the way it looks.

Placed 6 orders for corporate Christmas gifts. They don't offer any gift option (to send a gift note) & 4 of my 6 orders were cancelled at various times after placing the orders. Their support line is fairly responsive but their advice to the items cancelled were "we don't know why they were cancelled. Just reorder". So I did. & they were cancelled again. No explanation. Don't waste your time.
