The product (military hoodie) your website shows is a nice thick, well-trimmed hoodie. Your actual product is untrimmed and thinner than the handkerchief my grandfather use to carry. It is thinner and cheaper than a Disney see thru shirt. Your company lies more than the politicians that currently run this country. The fact that you put it on a product to show respect to the military disgusts me as a veteran. Never again will you steal my money.
A little over 2 weeks ago I purchased a team shirt ( veterans). In the photo it appeared that the logos were embroidered. When I got the item it came with vinyl, iron on logos and was stuck to itself in the package. It was cheap merchandise! I called within 10 days to get return instructions. I was told that I could return it but it would cost $9.95. There was nothing in the advertisement that said anything about a return fee. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was rudely told that I could wait on hold for someone but it could be an hour or two. I asked if I could have someone call me back and again was rudely told No! I will never purchase another product from the NFL again! No wonder they have a less than 1.5 stars for customer satisfaction rating!
The item I ordered wasn't sent and a second item that I ordered came a bit damaged. Still waiting on the item ordered in October.

I ordered a jersey and received the worst service when I was wanting to return it. They would not allow me to put my total onto a different payment method than a gift card. I was forced to buy cheap and terrible quality clothing. Not to mention, they do not put the total amount when checking out until the last step. I ended up spending a lot more then I would've wanted to. I would not recommend this place to any single person. Instead, I would go to Rally House. Their customer service is absolutely awful and wish I never went here.

My wife bought me two items from the store...both XL. One felt like a Large and one felt like a Medium. We ship to Canada and so lost duties plus an extra fee if you return and get it back on your credit card. Not worth the risk in the future.

Ordered 154.00 worth of items two hoodies and two hats. Let me say the hoodies are PAPER THIN may as well have ordered two shirts and the hats came folded and wrinkled. If I could give 0 stars I would but I will never order from here again it wasn't worth the money I spent

I cant recommend nflshop for a Canadian costumers. They " delivered" my first order went i was in work and they return it to the shop... they refund me with a gift card instead on my credit card account. With the amount 8 try again with a burrow jersey ( not the one i wanted in first place...) and the order is now frosted, without moving and with no update and a month late. Trying to contact a person again but say no one is up on 3pm sunday...

I had my AZ Cards hat stolen from my front porch. The shipper's claims process was not helpful, and was definitely a long shot. Even though the hat is now sold out, they were able to give me a full refund. Bummed about the out of stock, but Finely was super helpful through one of their social media platforms.

Being the ONLY place to buy an "official nfl jersey" they can charge all they want. And at $168 they do. But the quality is absolutely horrible! No raised numbers, no embroidery and the jersey material feels like polyester cheap. They also do NOT represent the real NFL jerseys. Don't waste your money. And if you add your name to the back, you're out of luck on being able to return.

Ordered shorts, winter has come here already but wont be seeing em for the next summer it seems. 3+ months and 5 mails later I get answer that they have refunded the product. Not only that, but I even haven't gotten the money... Tought this was some scam thingy that ive gotten into, but they seems to be real.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO BUY FROM. I bought a jersey from here, and they took my money, and I got nothing. I never got a conformation email or anything. I checked my banking, and they just took the money and were done with me. I called them multiple times about it, and they said they had nothing in the system for me and just to wait till the package came. The package never came, and they just took $100 from me. The person I talked to online was very rude to me. They are a total scam. Do not buy from them. It is a total scam.

I ordered a hat and fleece jacket for my husband's birthday. Items arrived in a timely fashion. I went to wrap the gifts…they sent me a WOMENS jacket! I spent over two hours trying to get a person on the phone. Finally, spoke to someone and of course they were out of the men's jacket. I asked for a refund for the jacket, and kept the hat. Took the return to the post office. Then, the following week, they sent me another hat! Have to get another refund and take box to post office. I wouldn't buy anything from this site again. They screw up orders and send the wrong merchandise twice now.

I order my Jersey that says it's in stock & ready to ship out the next business day. Perfect. It defaults me to "expedited" 3 day shipping $13.99 at checkout... you know what? Ya sure I'll upgrade it. I'll have my Jersey by the weekend for the game. Next business day I get an email that it's shipped, great. Friday I get home... nothing... no package. I click on the email that said it had shipped and click on tracking. It's sends me to some janky 1990's website of a shipping company I've never heard of called Ontrac. Ok... fine lets click the details. Nothing. No details. It says "shipped" and some random thing that says "data entry" in the status. Ok... lets call NFLshop. Huge hassle to get through the robot system and get a human but I wait on hold for 25minutes and get someone. Nice enough lady apologizes and says "Sorry that's really common to think It will arrive in 3 days but it actually means it leaves the warehouse in 3 days. Customers misread that a lot it's very common" Ok... maybe I did misread it, I'm done for the night we'll see if there's a late night delivery. Saturday afternoon nothing. You know what? Let me actually check out that 3 day shipping where I might have misread it. I pick out a jersey, go through the checkout process. The lady straight up lied to me... why? Terrible. It says right there, jersey is in stock, ships out next business day, pay $13.99 for a 3 day delivery. I ship out product daily. I know exactly how much a 2lb priority package flat rate package costs to ship to me through USPS. I also know exactly how much a 2lb USPS priority mail costs to ship to me EVEN if it's not flat rate. Guess what? It's still under $13.99 & your business will still make profit off your "shipping" side - which is lame but whatever, at least the product arrives here in time right? Why even use this other company "Ontrac". I looked them up and their reviews are beyond terrible. I feel completely ripped off and worse off just straight up lied to. Terrible you guys, you should be ashamed. I hope someone reads this in time, unlike me who found the site after the fact.

I just recieved my order from this site, from there salute to service line. The shirt was off centered BAD on the front, it's on the very far left and crooked. If I am going to spend $50 on a shirt I expect it to be exactly what I ordered! I was on hold for 40 min then once they answered they said they couldnt hear me and hung up, now I am on hold once again. I AM LIVID. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Ordered a Dallas Cowboys jersey on October 3rd. Paid an extra $24.95 for NEXT DAY BUSINESS shipping. Today is October 11th and I still do NOT have my item. UPS customer service rep said LABEL CREATED for item, yet they haven't received it, which means the item hasn't even been shipped out. I should of had the jersey LAST WEEK, no later than October 5th at least, since I paid extra to have it to me by a specific time. Completely and utterly dissatisfied with this company and I'll be seeking a FULL REFUND!

I ordered a jersey that I needed as a gift within a week from the time of order. I selected the jersey and opted for what NFL Shop calls "2 day shipping" and was charged an extra $18 for the supposed expediting. After placing my order I got an email 2 hours later that told me my order would arrive in 6 days (?). I went to their online chat to inquire why I was charged the two day shipping. The rep told me that the 2 days was basically from whenever they feel like sending it and not today which is obviously not the impression they give nor is it standard business practice. The rep in chat told me I could not cancel the order despite it only being less than 2 hours from placing it. I could return it (and lose $10 they deduct as a fee). I asked for a phone number to talk with a manager. I was given a number, called and assured my order was cancelled and would not be shipped. 6 days later I received an email that my order had been shipped! I called the customer service phone and was on hold for about 20 minutes and was hung up on. I called again and again after roughly 15 minutes was hung up on. I believe their policies are deceptive and they shipped the canceled order anyway to get their $10. There are other places to buy this merchandise, do not buy from them.

I ordered a hat, it arrived crushed in the box. Not the box, but the hat itself inside of the box. The cardboard support for the hat wasn't even inserted into the hat. I returned it and had a new one sent. SAME EXACT THING. Hat completely crushed, box was in perfect condition. This is a packing issue, not a shipping issue.

I placed an order for Jerseys, a Men's Large and Women's Large. They arrived and were super tiny. It looked like the Women's jersey was a youth size. Figuring they ran small, I returned the jerseys for site credit to avoid a $9.99 return shipping fee. No problem since I was re-ordering. I re-ordered a Mens XL Jersey and because they did not have Women's XL, I ordered a Men's Large confirming on the website size chart that the measurements were the same for these 2 jerseys. My jersey's arrived and they had "loose fit" tags on them. They were HUGE. I contacted the company to request an exchange of these "loose fit" Jersey's for regular fit. I was advised I needed to return them, wait for my site credit again and re-order a 3rd time with no guarantee of what fit I would get. I specifically asked how do I know what fit is being sent if I re-order and there is not guarantee. I asked if they could credit my credit card when I returned the 2nd set of Jersey's so I could go ahead and place my 3rd order without having to wait the 10 days for the return to be processed. No luck. So, this company has my $200+ and I have Jersey's that don't fit. I am 3 weeks into this process and feel I am being held hostage. VERY FRUSTRATING.
