NFL shop it's not a responsible company for shipping and handling orders...
On September 23 2022... I ordered a Miami Dolphin jersey of tyreek hill and paid extra money to get it shipped the next business day. It never got delivered and they changed the day to 9/29/2022. When I spoke to them about it they offered my shipping amount to be in a gift card. Then the next day I received a massage that my order was pushed back again to get delivered on October 10 2022. So I called them again and requested a refund, they only wanted to return my funds as STORE CREDIT! I paid with a debit card!
This was my first purchase from them and it already started with a bad experience. Hope this won't happen to the next customer.
Advertisement claims 1 business day delivery… I have not received the items I ordered and I have yet to receive a response.

Where to start.
First off to make things unnecessarily confusing, there are team stores, the NFL shop, and the Fanatics site. They are all the same store, products, and back end, but different logins, order tracking, and customer service. (If I could get some)
I placed an order on NFL Shop in multiple sizes and needed to initiate a return.
First off, the order status is wrong... showing "in process" yet it has been delivered.
All instructions to submit a return point to an order page where my order simply does not show up and there is no way to search for it.
The "customer service" chat does not work (no agents avail) and there is a 20 minute wait for a call (if you can reach someone... its my 3rd attempt).
There are $9.99/item restocking fees unless you want to exchange for credit.
I won't even get into the quality and fit of the items I ordered... just bad.

I purchased a custom t-shirt for this shop and colors on the front don't match the colors on the back. Looks like it was cut from a vinyl machine. I am terribly disappointed in the product. Especially for what I paid.

I made two orders about three days apart. I never received a confirmation for either of my orders. I tried calling, but can't never get no one one the phone. The automated keeps giving me a tracking number, but no details. Then I try to get information on my other order and it transfer me, but no one picks up. Ridiculous. Will stick with Fanatics or Lids for now on. I see the money was taken from account already. I can't post an order number because I never received one for both orders.

I had ordered 3 sweatshirts a week ago. One came today and the other two come tomorrow ( they are in my post office box already just have to pick them up tomorrow) I ordered them not even a week ago and they are already here! I was genuinely surprised after reading some reviews. The one I got today, looks great! Like I said, I was skeptical to order after reading the reviews. But my packages came within a week, so I had great shipping time and the sweatshirt I received today looks great! All my items were special custom orders too. I was worried, but it turned out great

Well to start off I was lucky to get Jordan L. To help me with my order she was fantastic she was very polite and very helpful she did not rush me. It's great to have somebody like that that has patience and understanding. As I said she help me place an order. I could be any happier as she help me go through the order process. She would always say don't rush I'm here to help you. That is what's was so nice of her. I wish there was more people like her. I could go on and on about her. Have a problem with an order and cant talk to anyone, every time I try chat no one is available. When I call you can't talk to anyone it's a so called digital assistant that just keeps repeating the same thing over the disconnects you. I never got an order number so when I give them my phone number no order found but they had no problem charging my credit card immediately. I will never use this site again it operates like a scam. Unfortunately, I found this review site too late. I should have researched this company first. On September 2, I purchased two Packers shirts for a game coming up, and the shipping said it would be here within 7-10 days when I clicked purchase. I even paid $8.99 for shipping or something ridiculous. Now, the shirts are not going to be here until September 25, which is after the game. Just a terribly unreliable company.

NFL Shop sent me the wrong item that I ordered four times! I ordered a Mitchell and Ness Reggie White jersey in green that was displayed on the website, but I got the white one four times in a row.
The chat option on the website didn't help solve the issue, I just got a lot of automated messages and the runaround when I was talking to a live agent that I got the wrong item due to a "system error" and the guarantee that it would not happen again after the second attempt. One agent was persistent that they had the green colored one in stock, but wasn't able to provide any proof or physically see the item and I was transferred to different chats to other departments. I also spoke to an agent on the phone and there were no answers or clarity either.
It looks like they finally updated the image to a white colored one now, but it took long enough for them to do so for others to also purchase the wrong item. They apologized and kept sending me vouchers for a discount on my next purchase, but I will never purchase anything again from NFL shop, just a terrible and upsetting experience all around.
I had purchased a jersey for my husband as a surprise for the Seahawks game on the 13th. I paid extra shipping to insure it was here on time. I received it on time just to find out it's the next size down. I contacted customer service and got ghosted during the first attempt. I waited until the next day and reached out again. The customer service lady was excellent and sent me a replacement Jersey right away and refunded the extra shipping and handling. I received the new Jersey yesterday and even though the packaging, label and white tag on the Jersey states 3xl, the actual Jersey was still a 2xl! How does a company mess up twice back to back. They should have been more assertive and took extra steps to make sure the second attempt was up to customers standards. I contacted customer service today and the best they could do for me was refund me, send me a return label and would be up to me to re start the ordering process. I am highly unsatisfied that after a couple weeks I've had to deal with this unnecessary headache and this back and fourth and come out empty handed. I am not pleased and I will not be ordering through your company again.
Clearly the ratings for the NFL Shop are abysmal, and there's really no reason for the NFL to change. Why would you when you control the official NFL jersey market?
I ordered a Broncos jersey 3 weeks ago and it was supposed to be delivered over a week ago, but when I would check the status online it was only saying "Processing..." The status never changed so I engaged with the chat support. After an hour I was finally informed that I should call the customer service number. Okay, so I give them a ring and I'm immediately told that the order has been cancelled. In real-time I went to the nflshop portal to resend my confirmation notice, and the email still said "In Progress." The customer service agent needed to speak with their manager, and after being on hold for a bit was told "the order was cancelled on our side, however you can go ahead and re-order the jersey."
That isn't unhelpful. My size was no longer available, and further I'm shocked that there was no apology at all. No "we apologize for not letting you know we cancelled your order," or "we'll expedite a shipment for you immediately." These are the types of actions that demonstrate a company's customercentricity, which is complete absent here.

This company has the worst customer service in the world. I ordered a LA Chargers alternative Justin Herbert Jersey in July. I received the jersey just fine, but when I opened it, it wasn't even the jersey I ordered. Since then I have sent numerous emails to their customer service department (trying both by live chat and to to their support email - no response from either, not one). Does anyone actually work at this company, or do they only respond to messages that they want to? I was told I could get a full refund and that a prepaid label would be sent to me so I can send it back for the full amount. I want a return label sent to me immediately. I really hope that some actually sees this and can help me out. This experience has already been horrible, don't make it any worse!

Don't buy from this retailer! They are impossible to contact, returns are really difficult to navigate and there is no way to contact them to seek a refund. I sent a jersey back that I purchased for a family member, to request a different size and they haven't responded. They received the returned jersey AND kept my money. I would not recommend buying from the NFL Shop.

I ordered a jersey for Father's Day. When I received it folded up inside a BAG, the numbers were all creased up and there was glue residue all over the number on the back. Unacceptable on an almost $200 Jersey. So customer service sent out another. They chose to use Lasership to ship the product. On the day for delivery, the driver whom NEVER showed up, marks it as attempted to deliver. After reading reviews, I will probably never receive my package. I am utterly disgusted with the customer service of your company. Never again will I order from you. And I will spread the word to anyone that will listen. Might I add there is no way to contact a human being at Lasership to get any type of help. Horrible experience overall, completely dissatisfied.
