First time ordering here. Ordered a customized NHL jersey. Expected to get a stitched jersey instead I get a cheap replica I don't even think they customized it. Store near me had stitched jerseys for 149.99 I paid the same for a cheaper replica. Contacted them to accept my return but didn't help. Never again will I shop here I just wish our complaints are being heard somehow. This is ridiculous.

There is no communication with the CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM and Production. I noticed a mistake on my order 1o minuets after I submitted it- called/emailed them to correct it which was on a Sunday. I received an email minutes later that they will contact me on Monday am-they didn't so I contacted them again and they told me sorry its too late - cant make the correction even though they still have not started making my customized Shirt. I spoke to the Manager his response was one who read off a scripted response- same response they tell all of their customers. POOR Excuse!

Unfortunately, our system simply will not allow cancellations or changes to customized items once the order is submitted. Since the system will not allow it, a ticket has to be created to request for the change to be completed, but in most cases no changed are allowed. Unfortunately, your order was produced and shipped before our custom warehouse could stop the process.
We do try to clearly outline the service agreement for customized items in their description pages:
“Customized items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded after order has been placed.”
As a one-time courtesy we have processed a partial refund of 20% for your purchase, in hopes of making this right. I placed an order for an item on 11/28/16 & received the e-mail confirmation noting that the item would ship in 6 business days. As of today, the 14th, my order is still "processing" & a call to a customer service representative provided the same information as to the status of the order. This was a Xmas gift for my boss who will be out of the office after 12/21, so I really need it by then. Maybe I, a rabid Jets fan, created a hole in the universe by purchasing a NE Patriots product. I would have expected more from the "official" NFL site & After reading other reviews, I'm a bit disheartened to say the least.

The worst service ever I ordered a cowboys jersey and a Tampa bay buc jersey in early September an I have no yet to receive it. Then I had a supervise advise me that I was gonna get a refund and still receive the jersey that was a lie. I finally receive the Tampa jersey but I'm sending it back due to bad customer service. Fan Rdge is a better company with speedy delivery.

I placed an order on 11/13/2016 but received an email shortly after that my Paypal account was refunded. The email had no explanation as to why the order was canceled. Had to call customer service to find out the item was out of stock. Placed an other order the same day and received that item, but it was too small. Used the return label to send it back for refund. The item was received in their warehouse on 11/30/2016, but still no refund. Called customer service and they said they have 10 days to even start to process your refund and then another 10 days to actually get the money credited back to Paypal. So 20 business days from after they have already received the item to give me credit back. Terrible service

I'm not sure where to begin. My boyfriend was leaving to fly out for his very first Vikings game with his dad and brother so I ordered a jersey for him through NFL shop. Right after I placed the order I thought, "oops, xmas season, better call back & get expedited shipping right?" Wrong. The rep told me that either way I did it, the item would not ship out till the following Tuesday. Hmm. Then why do people pay anywhere from $12.95-24.95 for expedited shipping? So I crossed my fingers. The jersey showed up the following Friday (the day before his flight) STAINED. Three orange stains on the "brand new" white jersey. So I'm angry of course and called them. After a 30minute hold time the girl assures me that they will OVERNIGHT a new jersey and that they get there relatively early in the morning. Great! Ha! The next day I'm pacing the floors as he is leaving at 2 for his flight. One O'clock rolls around and I'm one the phone with a rep and she proceeds to tell me that they "Don't Do" overnight shipping and that she's not sure why I was told that because the soonest they could have it to me would be Monday. What?! So the rep lied to me?! I of course was furious and asked to be transferred to a Manager who's apology consisted of "waiving the shipping costs" of the items. And proceeded to basically turn it around on me saying that I called the day before so how did I expect an order to be shipped overnight... Well I expected it A) Because your rep told me so and B) because for a couple extra buck you CAN expedite an order (I have friends in this business)! So here it is Monday, is my order going to be here today (after the game is already over) NOPE! Looked at the tracking on it this morning and they just got it ready for shipping today, hasn't even left the building yet! Incredible.

I ordered an "official" Nike NFL jersey to add to my collection and all I can say is what the hell? I'm compairing the quality of this jersey to the Nike jersies I've purchased off the rack over the last couple of years, and I'm feeling cheated to say the least. The numbers are small and they are actually ironed on! Are you freaking kidding me?! No stitching? No embroidery? How can you justify charging the same $100 for an inferior product? More and more these days the NFL is being accused of being concerned with profit over product, be it games or merchandise. I have to say, I'm in agreement with that assessment. Purchased 2 jerseys on Sunday morning and paid for next business day shipping. When Monday came around and it said that my order still hadn't shipped, I called customer service. She advised me that I still had to wait the 3 day processing time and then I'd get it the next business day. Annoying because hey don't really specify that at checkout but ok, fine. My fault for not doing better research. I get an email last night(Tuesday) saying my order shipped and attatched was a tracking number. When I checked the FedEx website, it said it was standard shipping and my estimated delivery date was Friday. Confused, I called customer service once again and explained what was going on. All she could say was "for some reason" my order was shipped for 2 day delivery. She offered to refund me my shipping fee which was great. But it's just the fact that the order being messed up and paying that extra money is frustrating. Just the whole situation itself is annoying. I chose to order from the NFL website because I thought it was the safest route to go with all these fake websites stealing people's information. But I really wish I had read the reviews before. I definitely would've taken my business elsewhere. Fingers crossed that my order is complete and accurate when it arrives.

Over the Thanksgiving Holidays, I went to the NFLshop.com website hoping to purchase an NFL Jersey for a family member for a Christmas present. As luck would have it, their jerseys were 25% off and they had the jersey I needed in stock, so I purchased it. They immediately charged my credit card and I anxiously awaited the shipping confirmation for the jersey so I could make sure to intercept it before the person receiving the gift was able to. About four days later I hadn't received any notice from NFLshop so I went onto their website and discovered they had completed my order by way of refunding my money. They did not notify me of this beforehand. So today, over a week later, I receive an e-mail stating they canceled my order with no explanation as to why. This appears to be a problem with them. First time and last time I purchase anything from them.

After 6 calls they promised me to refund my money since I never receive the product on their own f+@ked up. I called again and ask where was my money, they told me that no one processed any refund and that they ll escalate it to the accounting or whatever people and that it should take 2 to 5 days, they even gave me a ticket number. 15 days later well guess what, no money on my account, they never refunded me my 62 US dollars. In my country we call that thieves, seems like the NFL like to have its name affiliate with a band of filthy robbers.

Edit: called them again (announced 5 minutes wait, waited for 32) and was told the refund was done and if it s not on my account it s because of my bank. [Update] I got a hold of an NFL shop associate who actually worked hard to figure out the issue and find a solution. After having a terrible experience NFL shop associates finally made their mistakes right. I will give them a second chance assuming my 2 orders come in without issue. They finally made me feel as though they actually valued my business.
I ordered a Salute to Service Jersey in mid-November and my order was cancelled abruptly without warning. That should have been my first warning sign. I reordered the jersey because my other order of a $100 jacket went through. When the second order was also cancelled I figured there was an error with the stock so I ordered a $294.99 Elite Matt Ryan Jersey. I thought I was lucky when my package arrived faster than expected. I opened the package and in it was an XL soccer shirt. A cheap soccer shirt was sent to me in error when I should have received a $295 jersey. NFL shop sent me an email saying they would refund me 85% of my purchase if I sent them my jersey back. I did not even receive the jersey! I returned the soccer jersey and the jersey I wanted was now out of stock as they had shipped it to some other lucky person in error, so the only option was to refund my purchase. I called NFL shop again and was supposed to receive a callback from a supervisor within 24 hours. Its been 5 days and nothing. They still have not refunded my store credit and now the promo code period has passed. Because I needed a jersey for a birthday that was approaching I went ahead and reordered a different size and charged it to my credit card (I was not able to use my in store credit because it had not been refunded even though the associate said it would be available in a few hours). My new order has still not shipped and I have still not received my store credit refund. After all is done I may end up with a jersey that doesn't even fit if it ever ships. This is the best they can do after 2 emails and 5 phone conversations including a call with a supervisor.

I ordered a tribute to service dri fit shirt and was informed the order was accepted and given my order number below. 3 weeks pass and I get an email today notifying me my order is cancelled. I ordered 3 Dallas Cowboys items the week before Thanksgiving. They were supposed to ship in 1 business day. I contacted customer service several days later when I never received a shipping email. I was told they would ship in a few days. The next day I received an email saying one of the items was out of stock and cancelled from my order. When the order finally arrived it had 3 Tampa Bay Buccaneer items and NOTHING that I had ordered. I used their live chat service to try and resolve the problem, but he lady told me I couldn't cancel my order and be refunded because they'd already shipped my order! So I asked for a phone # to call and today I spent another lunch break dealing with this. I now have to spend my time taking this package back the the Post Office to be sent back to them!? Supposedly my items will ship on Dec 2. I was offered no apology or partial refund for my troubles. Will never shop here again!

I ordered three hoodies for Christmas gifts. All were customized with names. Well two came with names but were absolutely terrible quality! It looks like a Walmart hoodie that a high school student screen printed. The third hoodies has a Chicago bulls logo with wade going down the back but a patriots logo on the front! I asked for a refund because I paid over $50 for each hoodie and they are absolutely terrible. I was told they don't refund for custom items and I will need to wait to see if the request for it will be approved? I can't believe that the NFL shop will sell this poor of quality to their customers and their customer service representatives not seem to care that they are terrible. Except one saying "what the hell" after she told me The must have sent me the wrong one but when I told her no the patriots logo was on the front that was her response.

I typically do not write reviews but I am very upset with nflshops.com. I ordered a jersey on November 17th and received an email with confirmation of my order. It said the jersey would be shipped within 1 business days. It is now 10 days later and I have not received a email about shipping or my shipment. I decided I would go and track the package on their website. It said Status "Refunded" I did not know what was going on so I called their customer service. I was told that they were out of the jersey I had ordered so they cancelled my order. I was told they were sorry this happened. It would have been nice of them to have emailed me and asked if I wanted to wait for them to receive a new shipment or get a refund. Instead they just cancelled my order without telling me while I wait to receive a package that was never going to come. I guess it is a good thing I only waited 10 days.

Ordered over $100 worth in items for Christmas at the beginning of November just to have 2day shipping turn into a month long shipping. And numerous items canceled without being notified. What kind of site a) sells items NOT IN STOCK. B) cancels and doesn't let the customer know c) offers 2 day shipping but customer doesn't receive items that weren't canceled without being notified till nearly a month later d) and the cherry on the cake? When you call customer service they are unhelpful, rude and hang up on you...
