I ordered a Dallas Cowboys helmet for my husband and they sent a Seahawks helmet instead. When I called customer service the woman was not professional. She didn't use correct grammar and just sounded ghetto to be totally honest. She said things like "you is" and said "uh uh" instead of no maam. Being told that I had to wait 3-4 business days to hear back from them and have a return label sent to me is absolutely ridiculous. This was my first experience and I will never order from nflshop.com again.
Both my wife and daughter ordered t-shirts for me for Christmas. Both were too small although they ordered the same size as the other NFL shirts I own. My wife shopped early (in Sept) and the NFL shop will not accept a return or give a refund at all. Their return instructions say that after 60 days they will donate the item to a charity of their choice. I'm sure that "charity" is the NFL! My daughter is just a teenager and proudly did her own spending and shopping getting me a wonderful shirt. However again the size was too small even though it it the same size as my other NFL shirts. Furthermore in this case the printing was crooked on the front as well! After creating a return they are deducting the price of return shipping from the refund and I have to wait for it to process before I can order a replacement. So she spent $32 for a t-shirt that was defective and will receive a $19.99 credit. A replacement shirt will cost another $32-35 after incurring another shipping charge! So currently I have no new shirts to wear and my family is out $50! The NFL are thieves! I stopped going to games because of the insane costs and will not buy merchandise anymore either. Cut your nose to spite your face NFL, you should be ashamed!

I ordered two custom jerseys to arrive by their guarentee (numbers reflected my Parents anniversary). Not only did they not get there in time for Christmas, only one jersey showed up a week later. I called the Customer Service number as i was fed up with what was happening to cancel the second jersey and get my money back. I was told that since its a custom item, they refuse to give me a refund on it. They will however get around to sending me that jersey in a couple weeks. If the item isn't made yet then why is there an issue? The NFL should be ashamed of these practices. This is the first and last time Ill deal with them. I understand mistakes (not arriving before Christmas is easily forgivable) but the continuation of such lackluster service is a serious issue.

I ordered 2 size medium shirts for Christmas presents. They arrived as promised on 12/22/16, but they were size LARGE. I promptly returned the shirts, following the return directions, and called customer service. I got the apology thing, they offered to get the correct size sent to me, with a special deal on the shipping, and I fell for it. The second order just arrived, and you guessed it... size LARGE again! I now have around $140.00 on my credit card for two $27.00 shirts that cannot be worn by my sons. Be aware that you are shopping with an incompetent and dishonest company. Will be disputing the charge with my credit card company as I don't trust them to credit the charges.

We ordered a personalized hoodie and a t shirt for my 13 year old son on the 12th of December with the guarantee that it would be here no later than the 23rd or its free. I've called them every day since the 19th and been given the run around every time. They knew on the 19th that it wouldn't be here before Christmas but said they couldn't do anything to expedite the shipping since it had already been processed. I explained every time how this was my sons big gift and it means everything to him but here we are three days after Christmas and we still have no package and no refund. I have never had any problems in the past with NFLshop and I can assure you this will be my last as I could have had easily avoided this by going directly to his teams website and ordering it there and probably for cheaper or even went to the mall and had the hoodie made on the spot. I just cannot believe how heartless this company is especially given that this is the Christmas gift for a child.

I have to say. The NFLshop.com is one of the worst on line companies I have ever deal with. I ordered a personalized jersey for my daughter for Christmas. Quite expensive! I understood there were no returns allowed, so I followed the provided sizing chart carefully and as suggested ordered one size larger. When We receive it, it looked more like a childs medium than a women's medium. She could not even get the shirt on, and she always wears a women's small or extra small? I sent them an email. Their response. No returns. Here's a $30 credit? On a $140 shirt... WOW... Do yourself a favor and purchase your goods elsewhere!

I placed 3 separate orders on 12/14 with expectations of arriving before Christmas. On 12/23 I called because only one sent me a confirmation and shipping notice. This one arrived on 12/27. Exceeding both the processing and delivery date, but I was happy to see they sent me an additional gift card. The other two. One arrived before 12/23 and half of my other order. The notifications were not received due to a typo in my email - which I have to assume was my fault. The last shirt arrived on 22/26 and apparently had a different standard shipping date which I did not realize - so again my issue for not reading each item. Customer service walked me through each issue in a pleasant manner and I am sure they were yelled at all day in the 23rd. Only suggestion I have is a clearer stem entry of guaranteed delivery in each item prior to final acceptance. Perhaps even at Xmas a specific callouy if it will not make Xmas. Overall very satisfied with service and products

On Dec 12 I placed an order and then I received an email confirming I'd receive it on Dec 23 -for which I paid 40 USD!- and didn't receive anything so far. Nobody responded my emails and you ruined my husband's birthday gift. I want my money back.
UPDATE: My order arrived on Jan 13 more than 20 days after I was supposed to receive it. When you try to contact them they just say "We apologize for the inconvenience..." I think they just copy paste it because they dont mean it and it's all they do. They responded my messages and gave me a number so I could track my order which was useless because I was able to do it myself. And that's it! It's all the did. I paid 40 dollars to receive my f* order on Dec 23 and it arrived on Jan 13 so far no refund. DO NOT TRUST these bastards. Just take a look of how many complains they have.

Item was supposed to be here 12/23 or it was free. Item never arrived and FedEx says it will be here the 12/27. So I was told when I made purchase it will be a full refund if not here by Christmas but now NFLShop says no only up to $65 is refunded. Horrible service and waited over 30 min on phone 2 separate times because first guy didn't wanna give me my refund then started telling me all the orders they got in the entire year like I'm supposed to feel bad for them they can't keep up with orders.

Long story short, paid extra for 2 business day shipping and took 7 business days. Paid $100 for a Malcolm Butler jersey that is not acceptable quality. Not even stitched on. It was IRONED! For "NFL" shop you figured you'd get what the players are wearing. And still no email back from customer service about a refund on shipping. I'll take the jersey and the loss. Doesn't seem worth the headache after reading most of these other reviews. Will not be buying from here again.

The NFL responded to my review dated 12/19/16, I was extremely surprised at there response.
Thankfully as promised the NFL shop refunded back 50% of my purchase price for all the troubles I had with the order, shipping and confusion on there part.
They also promised to have a manager call me and apologize "Sara B" that never happened.
The final outcome thanks to the NFL shop for the refund, however I still would Not recommend buying product in th future, it's just not worth the aggravation.

So i purchased a Mccoy jersey on Nov 18th and I figured it would take 7 to 14 days. Hoping it could wear it to the game but no its been 29 days and tracking it says it still processing in China. This is insane. Very aggravated.so I guess I'll just get when ever it decides to ship. Great

Ordered shirts both extremely late and shipped a football shirt with a basketball platters make and number on it, want me to ship it back also notified me that I have to pay another 6 dollars to return it.
The other shirt has remained in transit for over 4 days in the same location.

Ordered from NFLshop.com and tracked the order along the way and they claimed that it was delivered to my front door and it wasn't. Tried to contact the shipper which was Laser ship with no success. Finally got a hold of a rep for NFLshop.com and he stated he would reorder my item and ship with a different carrier but couldn't guarantee it for Christmas which I said was fine. He also stated that the item was out of stock and that they would wait to see if they would get another shipment in. If they did not receive another shipment in a timely manor they would credit my account back and I said that was fine. Received a email from NFLshop.com the same day stating they were refunding my money. I feel that they lied and they never had any intentions of making this right.
