Shipping nightmare!

We ordered products after the Super Bowl and chose next day delivery, which was by noon the following business day. There was no warning until the order was actually placed. Nothing could be sent next day so we paid $30 for nothing. Complained to the site and they said it basically just puts us ahead of the base shipping customers. We also orders a special signed mini helmet. The NFL put restrictions on the order so I couldn't sign into my fed ex account to choose a delivery time. After the 3rd attempt the package was returned back to fed ex. I wanted to have it transferred to the facility near me but they couldn't make a change, the NFL had to call to change it. I called NFL and they said they couldn't do anything because it was "smart post" and being delivered by the USPS, fed ex said thats not true and it was home delivery. I had to call NFL again and they put me on a 3 way call with fed ex so I could change the location. The rep I had for the NFL wasn't authorized to make the change (fed ex has a list of names of those who can) so after all of this I had to call fed ex back & cancel ththe shipment. Absolute nonsense & headaches!

I am a Patriots fan from Vancouver Canada and right after their super bowl win I went online to order the championship gear. I waited two weeks for purchases without any notifications from the NFL shop. I then decided to track my own order and found out they had refunded my purchase... didn't let me know why or when it happened. I called the NFL shop customer line and spoke to representatives which were awesome. I followed the NFL shop instructions on what number to call which is different than the USA number. All was fine until I got my phone bill only to realize that when I called the number for outside the US the NFL charges you but if you call the US number you pay nothing. Surface customer service for international fans who are already paying more... Will be looking to other places to buy my gear in the future.

Right of the top I had never seen the style of jersey in question. I own a few authentic jerseys made by Reebok and Nike. This was a Pro Line jersey with an authentic marker pictured on the lower corner. The price was pretty much the same as some of my other jerseys, so i can't complain. The jersey arrived in a decent amount of time and I was ready to wear it during Super Bowl weekend, si I can't complain about delivery. I opened the package and my heart dropped. The jersey doesn't have any inner tag, NFL symbol, team name and the pictured Pro Line tag on the lower corner wasn't there... not removed, it was never there. I returned the jersey and was sent a replacement jersey that was exactly the same. All in all I have returned both jerseys and I want nothing to do with any sport item that looks counterfeit. I have filed for a refund and I will gladly walk away from the deal a little wiser. Even if the jersey wasn't fake, every time I wore it I would have had to defend it! Every jersey I own has at least 5 markers that make it authentic; inner tags, NFL symbol, team name, Player's Association tag and even the lower tag with the sizing. This jersey had none. Very disappointed!

Two day shipping

Very misleading. Paid for 2 day shipping extra $16 bucks. Called after 4 days and was told it's two days after they ship. It's 5 days later and they still haven't shipped my items.

So I ordered a t-shirt women's Championship Patriots t-shirt, and the automated line tells me that it is still processing although they already took the money $35 + out of my bank account. Tried calling to speak to a representative and was on hold forever, now i'm going to have to call my bank tomorrow and see if they can help me get my money back since I Ordered it on February 5 and their automated line is still telling me it is processing. Spoke to Amanda finally after waiting for 30 minute and they are saying its a special event item. So they are telling me that it won't leave there until February 17,2017, I want my money back and she is telling me that since it is processing I can't get my money back! I want my shirt and/or my money back. So, in other words, although the site did not tell me this, it won't be processed until the 17th and THEN it will be shipped out and who knows when it will get here! ***UPDATE BECAUSE SOMEONE REFUNDED WITHOUT ASKING ME OR CALLING ME I SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ASHLEY FROM GEORGIA AND SHE HAS GIVEN ME THE SHIRT PLUS A REFUND PLUS EXPEDITED SHIPPING. Really bad service.On Dec. 8 I place an international order for a Jersey and after 60 days I have not yet received my purchase. Now they say that Is my responsibility to pay for the taxes and even worst that I need to go ancd claim for my package at the post office. Hey Guys! In mexico we dont even have post office, that´s why when you place an order you asked for the final destination address. You dont even tell me with which company did you sent my package (UPS, DHL, FEDEX, etc. Really sad about your service.PS************** or PS**************

Terrible operations
February 3, 2017

I ordered two jerseys for my two kids on Sun. Morning, January 29. At the time, the site said they would both be shipped BY February 1. Thus, to ensure they were here for my kid's school spirit day, I paid for overnight shipping, ensuring they'd arrive no later than Thursday. Well, one did arrive on Thursday (J Jones jersey), but the other has yet to arrive. And worse, they don't know when it will ship. They "upgraded" my shipping to Saturday delivery on the off chance it will ship today, but given its 220pm on Friday, I doubt I'll see it before the Super Bowl. Just awful. Made me even angrier to see all the complaints and 1-star reviews.

I ordered a jersey for Super VI on Thursday 2nd and paid for the next day by noon delivery. I check FedEx tracking today and it says it won't come until Monday 6th. They said that next day shipping is from the time that the order is recieved to FedEx... they didn't say that when I put next day shipping and they said had I done Saturday shipping it could have been here in time. I'm beyond furious. They need to more clearly state that next day isn't really next day.

This is by FAR the WORSE SERVICE I have ever dealt with in my life! I ordered a jersey, paying for an extra 3 day shipping, and didn't receive it two weeks later! When I called them, they didn't even have it shipped yet. I was needing it for the Super Bowl and they totally F'd everything up! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS.

I ordered 3 items on Jan 23,1 was to ship in 2-3 days and the other 2 by 2/1 as they were preorder. 1 shipped and one is no where to be found, neither will be here before the Superbowl and customer service was quick to point out the shipping was my fault due too choosing the free shipping offered and it was stated several times in the order. This company is an embarrassment to all retail and will never use or refer them again.

Ordered a Matt Ryan jersey on January 22,2017. Website said it ships in 3 business days. Of course it didn't ship on time so I contacted customer service on Wednesday evening. Customer service stated it would ship that evening. The next morning I received an email stating my order was cancelled with no explanation of why. I called customer service again and was told it was out of stock. I am like "What the heck"? It takes you four days to tell me this. That's pathetic customer service in my opinion.

NFL Shop attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I purchase a jersey from nflshop it was dirty and fit me lose so I returned it they never contacted me to let me know about my refund when I called they said the jersery was damaged and they only will refund me back 30 dollars back i was wth they said they give my jersey to charity with out me knowing I have the right request my jersey back i ask them to send me pictures or proof the jersey was damaged they I would appreciate if they would send me a email or contacted me by email or phone to let me know of my damage jersey I would never send a damage jersey back they try to rip me of i ask to send me back my jersey they can't costumers service sucks

I ordered 5 jerseys on their Black Friday sale in November. It is January 17, they have never arrived and each time I request a refund they ask me to wait another week. I say NO, give me a refund. Yet to be resolved. Buyer BEWARE!

I had the worst experience with nflshop.com. They had all over their website "Guaranteed by Friday" and the promo code to have free shipping in three days. I ordered on Monday, and it did not come on Friday or Saturday --- when the playoff game that I wanted the jersey for was on Sunday. They have no customer service/contact number on their website so I emailed and they gave me $10 for a future order... which would require me to buy one of their ridiculously overpriced items and give them future business when I already hate their company. I later googled and found their customer service number and called and they misunderstood me and canceled my order and never gave me a discount or a refund. I have hated using this company and suggest no one ever use them as their advertising is completely misleading and their customer service is horrible.

(Dec. 22) I clicked on their promotion for the saturday deliverey on the 24th and pick my item out from the selected, to only recieve the dam thing in January. Their customer care people didnt sound like they give a $#*!. I guess when you call and say my package is a week late, its the norm. I asked for my money back (this was before I even got the package) and they said I would have it in 2-10 business days to only find out on Jan. 16 that I have been rejected because it wasnt an eligible item. HOW? I will never use this stupid vendor ever again and I will make sure no one I know will use this vendor again. Scum of the earth people.

I order a Dallas cowboys hat and a dak Prescott t-shirt and i paid $25 for one day business shipping it was Thursday 1/12/2017 it was a delay in Memphis i have nothing to do with that but my package is now an hour away from me since 6:22am 1/14/17 it's now 7:51 pm and they say i won't get it until Monday. That's four days not. Onr business day Friday is a business day and fedex ships until 9-10 at night so why is it not here WON'T BUY FROM NFL ANYMORE UNLESS IT'S IN A STORE

So on December 5th I ordered a customer infant Tampa BAY Buccaneers Jersey. The website wouldn't let everyone pick a province, only a state, so I had to order over the phone. I CLEARLY stated my address WITH unit number to the rep. Had her repeat it multiple times and it STILL wasn't included. Without the unit number, the package was shipped back. I called, complained, they assured me that a supervisor would call me the next morning... that never happened. Instead, they credited me $30 on my account and told me they re-shipped my order. HALF of that was true because part of my order was refunded without my approval... but the custom jersey was re-shipped and they assured me I would have it by January 3rd (nearly two weeks after Christmas which it was intended for and order well in advance). So then I find out that they DIDN'T PUT MY UNIT NUMBER AGAIN! SO NOW MY ORDER IS BEING SHIPPED BACK AGAIN! The NFLSHOP has to remain competitive because I was tempted to buy a knock off jersey from China but I chose to get the real thing. With customer service like this I could have got three of these jerseys for the same price in HALF the time by now. Worst customer service I've ever encountered and "Supervisors" never follow through with their promise of a call back. I will NEVER order ANYTHING from this website again.
