Worst Customer Service
November 1, 2017

I bought multiple item from NFL Shop but the way they treated me for my fan cash money around $75 which got expired and called multiple time but they dont talk at all.
I will never shop anymore to this site. Hopefully someone looking to this comments and help out.

No Problems

I ordered my boyfriend a jersey and a sweatshirt. I was a little worried after placing the order because of all the negative reviews, how much I spent, and the fact that I needed the items before a certain date. I placed an order on 10/23 and received it on the expected delivery date, 10/27. The order was packaged the day I placed the order and it shipped out the next day via FedEx; I was provided the tracking number. The hoodie did not fit so I will update my review if I have issues returning/exchanging it but I have had no issues thus far. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about... I'm guessing a decent amount are not for the official NFL site as there are many, many other sites named something similar selling both authentic and fake merchandise. I do realize experiences vary from customer to customer but I had a great experience ordering from NFLShop.com.

I also just placed an order for two more sweatshirts yesterday, 10/31, and received a tracking number for it this morning. I will update this review if something goes wrong with the original return or my new order.

Update 11/11:
I received the second order on time, on 11/3. I believe I dropped off the return on 11/2. They received the return on 11/9 and I received my refund the same day.

I am happy this is who I bought the sweatshirts and jersey from, I had a great experience. I am glad I didnt experience any of the negative things others described.

A REAL JOKE.

We ordered a month ago, they told us that we would receive it in 3 business days maximum. 2 weeks ago I called back because when I tracked my order it was still in Ohio to be shipped. They told me at that point that they would ship another one right away because they would take in consideration that it was a lost package. Today I called back because with the new order ID my package was AGAIN in Ohio to be shipped... I called back they told me that it was a lost package AGAIN, and that they would refund me... REALLY? How can you lose 2 packages for the same person it's a real joke.

Ordered a name shirt and when I received it, the name was HUGE across the back. Nothing like a professional shirt for $35 should look. Looked like complete amateur work. Ordered another shirt (same time as name shirt) that wasn't in stock so I canceled that shirt. Ordered it again later and the next day shipping was chosen for me. Once I realized I was being charged 15.00, I tried to adjust my order the same night. The website is set up to be confusing and extremely UN user friendly when you have an issue. I contacted CS the next morning, but amazingly, it was too late to change my shipping method since the order had already been processed. This company is a scam and sells very poor quality merchandise. I will just dispute my order with PayPal and my bank if they want to play that game

InconvenienceOn Sept. 3 I ordered two items that were in stock to get free two day shipping. One item shipped on time. The other item never shipped. On Sept. 26 I get an email saying the item was delayed shipping(well no $#*!) and that it would ship out Oct. 5. and I would get a confirmation email when it shipped. It is now Oct. 11 and I check my credit card and have a refund on it from nflshop.com. I contact customer support and tell them what happened and they first respond with I cancelled your order you will be receiving a refund for $40.23... mind you I never asked them to cancel my order, let alone my missing item was a jersey so that dollar amount would be incorrect. She then tells me to ignore her previous message and that my order got cancelled Oct. 5... yet I never received any email saying it was cancelled and on my account on NFLShop.com it says nothing about the order being cancelled. She told me there was nothing they could do for me and it was just and incovience.

Completely misleading
September 24, 2017

Ordered two items (hat and a shirt) and was offered Saturday (next day) delivery at a higher cost and selected it. Received email confirming order then nothing else. I contacted customer service when my item didn't arrive and was told I'd get them in a few days. When I asked why I didn't receive the order onSaturday I was told only certain items are eligible for it. She couldn't explain why it's offered on non-eligible items. I'll never deal with them again.

I paid for two day shipping on items that they said were in stock. After I paid they then send you an email and say some items won't ship for 5 business days. Why would I pay for two day shipping if the item won't come for 7 to 10 days. Dishonest and deceptive. ALSO try to talk to someone about it... good luck with that. Don't order here. Better deals and better service at many other suppliers.

I ordered my Eric Berry jersey on September 3rd, 2017. That weekend, they were running a promo that stated if your jersey did not arrive by kickoff on Thursday, Sept. 7th, the jersey was free. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my jersey until the day after the game. When I called customer service the next day, I was told something along the lines of "the jersey arrived within the 3 day shipping time, but because of the labor day holiday it was held up, but the jersey arrived within the 3 day time frame."
To me, this is false advertising used just to get people ti buy jerseys, knowing they won't get them on time and still not give them their money back as promised. Here is the kicker... When I chatted a customer service rep online thru their website, I was told that I couldn't get credit because I had to claim it by Sept. 9th 11:59 PM, which i TRIED to do initially but was told I couldn't. Needless to say, this is why so many people order fake jerseys from China. I will not be ordering from NFL shop again.

With Monday being a holiday and our company being closed, we could not ship your package until Tuesday, September 5th. I also see that your package was delivered to you on September 8th. Three business days later. The shipping does not start until the package actually ships. Since your package was delivered in the 3 business day time frame your order was not eligible for the refund. I had received a 20% off coupon with madden 18. I went to use it on there website but would only take 20% off a Nike shirt with limited quantities(which was the one thing it said it excluded) I then called them and they told me the jersey I ordered wasn't included cause they have someone else make it (but it's official) after I made a stink about it they gave me the 20% off. Five minutes later I received an email which showed my purchases and they ordered the wrong hoodie (which I explained to the rep for a good three minutes). I then called them back and was informed I needed to make another transaction cause they couldn't change the numbers. So I did that and the next rep tried tricking me into not getting my 20% off or the free shipping I then had to get a supervisor on the phone we got it straightened out but they held my money for 2 days for their mistake. When talking with 2 reps and a supervisor no one told me I had the potential of waiting for my items to ship due to hurricane Irma (They just wanted a sale). 4 days later I called them to check the status and they said it hasn't shipped because of the hurricane. I then asked why I wasn't told and they said they didn't know it was coming even though the nfl had canceled a game 3 days before I placed my order. I told them I wanted next day air they gave me 2 business day shipping. FedEx gave it a tracking number Friday yet I guess Friday didn't count and FedEx runs Saturday but that doesn't count. Then we come to Monday and my items were at my local FedEx but I couldn't go pick them up because the nfl shop put a hold on my property so i couldn't pick it up. First time in my life I wasn't able to pick up the items I payed for because I guess somehow the shippers still have the rights even though I paid for them and they are no longer nfl property. The only thing official about the nfl shop is officially over priced with officially the worst service I've ever received. There are plenty of sites to order from or local stores I'd pick them over nfl shop from here on out

Hello Scott. Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry for any inconveniences regarding your order. First, I want to address the promotion issue. When using our Promotion Codes, you can only use one promotion per order. So if you apply a code for a percentage off discount you cannot also use the free shipping code. This information is noted on our website. Also, the percentage off discounts always exclude jerseys. This is also noted on our website in the banner for the promotion. During the hurricane, our offices in Florida were all closed from September 6th to September 12th, including warehouses, so no orders were processed. Once we reopened, we experienced severe delays in the warehouses from being closed and losing power. As for shipping, we do not include weekend days in our calculations for delivery. Only business days. And now for FedEx. Due to the contract we have with them, customers are not allowed to pick their packages up from a FedEx facility unless we contact them and make that arrangement. When we do that, it delays delivery of the package by 24 hours. Even if you go there to pick it up, you would not be able to do that for 24 hours after we submit the request to FedEx. They were never holding your package so that you could not pick it up. And lastly, the refund time frame. Once we issue a refund, it takes 2-7 business days for your financial institution to process that and release the funds back to your account. PayPal takes less time but still 2-7 business days. I read horrible, atrocious, terrible reviews after I made my purchase. I ordered a Jersey which wasn't exactly cheap. So I was just knew/ and was worried that my order was going to be wrong. I'm from Jacksonville, Fl. An affected area of Hurricane Irma. So I knew that with the hurricane approaching it was going to cause more confusion and then with the delays I thought the shipping (since so many said shipping was horrifying) was going to take a long time.

I placed my order on September 6th. My item shipped the very next day. Had a small delay due to the hurricane but my item was promptly delivered on the 15th. The jersey was exactly what I expected. I am extremely satisfied with my order and will be a returning customer. Thank you for prompt shipping and handling and great product.

NFL promise me delivery within 3 business days and still nothing. Called customer service and she said it I don't receive it by tomorrow, I shall receive $ 65.00 back. What about keeping your word NFL... They are full of $#*! last time ordering from them. My dad's birthday gift will be late. Thanks for nothing NFL!

I placed an order over $100 so that I could use the promo code they had offered to receive my items by today (NFL first kickoff) promo code kickoff85, and I used it a few hours prior to the expiration (it has a countdown at the top of the website so ensure you placed on time) anyway, I got to checkout, entered the code, selected free next day shipping and submitted payment. Fast forward to today, my tracking number states I'm getting my items the 15th! I only spent the amount I did to ensure I would get my items on time. I contacted customer service and told Terrence what had happened. He stated I had standard shipping, I explained to him no I know I had selected next day shipping and has done my order specifically to get it on time! His reply to that "standard shipping". What a terrible customer service agent. No apology for the system mess up, NOTHING! I guess going forward I will just have to buy from FANZZ. What a load of crap, so so disappointing.

Returns policy blows

I'm also out 12 bucks for ordering wrong size. Of course they don't do exchanges and will charge me 5.50 to return it. Then will only refund price minus shipping, hence 12 dollars gone. Since no exchanges would have to order again and pay shipping again. While I wait for them to receive my return, was told takes 2-10 business for them to receive. Another 2-10 days to process the refund and then 2-7 for refund to show up. So basically it takes them a month to process a refund. Needless to say I will never ever order from nfl shop.com again.

I ordered patriot leggings back in September 2016 and still have not received them! When I try to track the order it tells me order not filled yet! I tried to contact them via Facebook and they blocked me from being able to send them messages and they deleted my comments I left on the page. Do not order from them!

I order a T-Shirt on NFL.com, payed $36 approximately. The size was too small, so I returned it. They would not do an exchange, and only reimbursed me $24. They told be the initial shipping cannot be reimbursed, and they charged me $5 to return it! So, in the end, I spent $12 and have nothing to show for it. What kind of BS customer service is that?

Used NFL shop europe. Thought that would make it quicker,

Could not place an order. Always got "failed order initiation.", but got never told why. I want to fix the problem but if i dont know what I am making wrong i cant change it.
Tried to contact them, but the service just hanged up. I will now have to wait and see. Hope they dont charge me for the item I will never get.
So in short:
-cant place order
-wont be told by service how to fix it
-might still be charged

The company's customer service and order fulfillment process are horrendous. Do not pay for expedited shipping, do not expect to receive your order in a timely fashion, and do not expect professional customer service. The item purchased will be returned as this company does not value its customers and it's business practices are deceptive. Horrible experience!

I placed an order. Figured out I had placed an incorrect size, this being my mistake. However it had been less than 30 minutes from the time I ordered it. Chat robot was unable to help, I called and spoke to 3 people. First hung up on me acting like she couldnt hear me. Second said it was to late and then the manager confirmed it was just to late to correct the size 30 minutes after ordering it. Know it was still packaged on shelf somewhere. Oh but I got to order a second one and a free shipping label for the other. So now I got 100$ tied up in a bunch of junk

I have spoken to 2 people (one via chat and one over the telephone) about an order that came with 2 different sizes when I ordered the same size on both items (they were both for the same person). Both "customer service" representatives told me that NFLshop.com would ship the correct item; however, the replacement item shipped was a duplicate of the first incorrect item. I called NFLShop.com immediately to have them stop that shipment before it was picked up and save everyone time/money. The order was still shipped and this morning I received an email from NFLShop.com telling me that they could do nothing as the error(s) (both of them) were my fault. They said I will need to return both items (which I'll be debited shipping for) and re-purchase the item I originally purchased. There is no reason for this. This was an internal website error, followed by an employee error. Essentially, NFLShop.com makes their customers jump through hoops to rectify a situation that they created. I would have continued to purchase these items from NFLShop.com had this issue been a seamless transaction. Now, I will make my NFL purchases elsewhere. With the amount of money made, there is no reason that NFLShop.com could not have exchanged an items that I received in error. Only one NFLShop.com employee was friendly and seemed like he was actually trying to help me; however, ultimately they still put the responsibility on me to repurchase the item rather than exchanging an item that they shipped incorrectly. So, if you'd like to be charged twice as much for shipping (which also does not happen immediately) when the error is on the seller, by all means purchase through this terrible company.
