When I called to ask what was going on with my order, the representative told me it was my fault for having selected the wrong box when I placed my order and indicated she had taken many calls with the same complaint that same day. Save your breath as I have no intention of ever doing business with you again.
Placed order for a jersey with free 2 day shipping for my grandson's birthday 1/2/18. It did not arrive in 2 days and when I checked the tracking, I discovered they had not shipped it 2 day but rather FedEx SmartPost. When I called to inquire, I was told I had checked the wrong box in the order, which I know is BS. Why would anyone ask for slow delivery when 2 day delivery was free? It was a scam. If anyone wants Saints gear, go to the black and gold shop in Metairie. They at least care about their customers.
I have since removed myself from their mailing list and will not do business with them again.
I seen this ad on the FB advertisement, thought hey this is great. I used my phone to order and filled in my card information. For some reason, it took longer for it to process and didn't think anything of it. I then tried to look at my status on my account and found I had none. But then I received a confirmation on my email that my transaction was completed and I when I should be expecting my shipment. I have had a long, delayed conversation with someone over emails from a Kathleen. Almost a month later, and several emails going back and forth I find out that the items that I purchased were made in China and that my merchant receipt on my statement said I purchased from 22dollarsdeal shang hai... huh! Also, the items that I purchased arrived and they are total knock offs. How and why did this happen? I am so confused as to what happened from the moment I chose my items to the purchase part. How did a Chinese organization get my info and claim they were the company that I had ordered from. I am now disputing this charge on my credit card. The website is not secure and I don't feel I can trust this company. Are they the real deal... I won't be the one to find out. My trust has been compromised.

Logged into their web site. Found a hoodie for my wife, said it was instock and that shipping was two day on all orders over $50.00. Ordered the hoodie, and three days later it still has not even left their facility. Now my birthday gift to my wife will not be here by game day. Hopefully they win so she can wear it for the SuperBowl.

I placed an order on December 10. I received a shipping confirmation that my order had shipped on December 13. According to the tracking information, delivery was attempted but the item was sent back. This is unusual as I have had many items delivered to my address in the past without any difficulty. I tried following up many times and was given various conflicting answers. First I was told that the item would come back to NFL Shop and then be sent for delivery with a different carrier. Nothing happened. I was then told that the charges would be refunded and I would have to submit a new order (with no guarantee that it could actually be delivered). I was also told that NFL Shop would not process the refund until it received the items back; however, that could take weeks. Then I was told that a refund had been processed but no one could provide me with anything in writing to this effect and it does not show up on my statement. In short, I have never received the items that I ordered over a month ago and have not received a refund for them. I have never had any problems with online orders from other merchants. This is the first and last time I will ever order anything from NFL Shop and I would strongly discourage anyone else from dealing with them.

I ordered a GB MENS PRINTED SHIRT, and received a GB WOMENS V-NECK PRINTED SHIRT. They put the blame on 'the manufacturer' because it is a 'manufacturer direct item'. Um... I didn't purchase from the 'manufacturer', I purchased from your site, you should back up your products and service. Take a lesson from Amazon. It's not like the NFL is running out of money.
Their return policy is shady and deceptive. They say 90 day returns, but if it's a customized item, you must report the problem within 30 days. I think I contacted them at 34 days. Either way, their customer service is highly inflexible and does not favor the customer. I will never do business with them again! I got off lucky as this was under $40. I highly recommend everyone should stay away at all costs!

I purchased two LED light up scarves and one of them failed after the 60 days and now they won't do anything about it. The scarf has electronics inside so must be worth a 1 year warranty alone. The scarf is incomplete without the LEDs.
I don't want to return it, just have it replaced.

Like April D., I too placed a $108.00 order on NFLSHOP.COM 12/16/17. The promotion was GUARANTEED BY 12/23/17 OR ITS FREE. After tracking my package I will not receive it until 12/27/17. I placed a call on 12/24/17 inquiring about when I will receive my wife's Christmas present and I was informed that a $65.00 refund would be applied because it was late. Then I received an email notice 12/26 that only $24.99 would be applied. When I called again, I was informed I did not choose the guaranteed by 12/23 option--I only thought I did. Really!? Then how come the tracking info said arrival by 12/23 through several states and suddenly stopped indicating that on the 12/22? You cannot promote a "Guarenteed by 12/23 or its free!" deal for Christmas and THEN change the rules when you have customers who did not receive their packages. This is fraud and false advertisement. They lied twice and blamed me.

I placed a $108.00 on NFLSHOP.COM 12/18/17. The promotion was GUARANTEED BY 12/23/17 OR ITS FREE. After tracking my package I will not receive until 12/27/17. I ordered a Eagles jersey for my husband's Christmas present on 12/7. Not until after I submitted the order did the website tell me it would not ship until 12/19. Once it actually shipped the tracking information says it will be delivered on 12/26. Since this is a Christmas that does not cut it. I feel this website misleads the consumer. The website's live chat option has been unavailable. A picture of a jersey is definitely not as exciting to open as an actual jersey. Will not order from this site again! :(

NFL really screwed me in this. I place an order on 12/16 for next day delivery and on 12/22 NFL emailed me to tell me it is delayed and they didnt know when my order will arrive. I placed two calls into NFL customer service center and one rep told me that according to her and her supervisors system that the order would ship out on 12/21. I called on 12/21, in the evening, and it still didnt ship.
So now on 12/22 NFL sends me an email saying my order is delayed and they will let me know more when they no more.

I don't even know how to begin to explain what I've been through the last few days for an order I placed A MONTH AGO... telling me 4 times that the order was on its way and to call back if I didn't get by December 28th (after Christmas lol) only to learn it was cancelled the whole time... "accidentally" disconnecting me on the phone, not crediting me back the full amount until I called back to point it out. It goes on and on. If this wasn't bad enough, when I asked them to credit me back $8 (the amount I am out of pocket due to exchange rate differences on the purchase/return) they told me they wouldn't do it and I should take the issue up with my financial institution. So basically, I paid money for the privilege of having them put me through a horrible customer experience and have nothing to show for it and they think that's fair. LOL.

Do not order from this website. I was perplexed at the policy from this online store. I ordered a $50 gift card. Not only was I billed twice for this item, without my knowledge, but I was told the gift card would not arrive on time for a Christmas gift as stated. Try to cancel? Forget it! Not possible. Though the item never shipped, they refused to cancel the gift card order and billed my credit card for $100 worth of merchandise that I never received. My advice, go to $#*!s Sporting Goods to purchase fan apparel.

I am SO disappointed by the customer service I have received from this company! I ordered a jersey on November 21st and upon checking the status of it was informed fedex could not find my address I have had multiple packages delivered to. I was not contacted by NFL shop or fedex about this. After calling NFL shop I was told my item was no longer available and that they would process a return. I can't believe I would have to call for them to refund something they were never going to send! Customer service has offered no solution to this issue except to wait until more are in stock to order. At this point I almost think this is a scam to get people to order items with no intention of sending them in hopes they don't bother calling for a refund. Guess this Christmas present isn't going to be delivered until long after

They lowered the price 3 days after I bought a jersey, and due to their "policy" they would not refund the difference to my credit card. In Massachusetts it is the law that within 30 days they need to honor it. They said they are in Florida and don't need to. They do not care that their customers are unhappy. Buyer Beware!

I ordered jerseys well over a month ago and they got paid the same day and I STILL don't have them! I was told it would take up to 2 weeks, well that was back on Sept 26th and it is now Nov 8th and still no jersey's! I bet they don't even offer any type of compensation!
