I ordered a GB MENS PRINTED SHIRT, and received a GB WOMENS V-NECK PRINTED SHIRT. They put the blame on 'the manufacturer' because it is a 'manufacturer direct item'. Um... I didn't purchase from the 'manufacturer', I purchased from your site, you should back up your products and service. Take a lesson from Amazon. It's not like the NFL is running out of money.
Their return policy is shady and deceptive. They say 90 day returns, but if it's a customized item, you must report the problem within 30 days. I think I contacted them at 34 days. Either way, their customer service is highly inflexible and does not favor the customer. I will never do business with them again! I got off lucky as this was under $40. I highly recommend everyone should stay away at all costs!
