I ordered a jersey it arrived damaged (numbers scratched and dented) so I contact support they agree to replace it. I send it back get my replacement and it is more damaged than the first one. This is ridiculous! Now they wont send another replacement some cs reps say it can only be reshipped twice (it's only reshipped once) other tells me they have to check it in the warehouse and that's why it cant be replaced. Now they tell me to send it back again for refund only then reorder it, but cant tell me when the damage will be taken care of so I could end up going through this all over again. This has been a terrible shopping experience and I am very disappointed. Customers should be given what they ordered, not have to pay for the company's mistakes. I've provided pictures of both jerseys I received.
My problem has been resolved I guess. I was told i'll be given a 15% refund and just kept the damaged jersey. I think the refund was lower because I bought on sale already.

Depending on how they fold the item during packaging may have a crease through the numbers. Because all of their products may have the exact same crease through it, it would've not resolved the issue if all of the items were folded in the exact same manner. I tried to place an order using my Nfl card 20% discount online. Could not do it the way my credit card company told me how to! Was extremely frustrated and angry so i called to place my order. Hiw to apply that discount is not on the Nfl website but Kenny took the time and was able to go to Barclay card services to find out how to use my credit card and receive my 20% discount. Kenny went over and above for me as I was having a meltdown! He took the time to get this information! I commend him and his actions! He gave me the BEST customer service! I wanted him to be recognized for that as I was so frustrated I was going to give up and not place my order.

Hi there,
My name is Clint Taylor. Order # 20-**************. I ordered a Jacksonville Jaguars jersey in white, and it has shown up with all sorts of markings.
It's a #27 Leonard Fournette. Jaguars have just changed their jersey style. Which is why I ordered this one as I like the old style better. I've already spoken to customer service on the phone. All they want to offer is a refund. Not including my shipping costs. For YOUR mistake. All I want is a white Leonard Fournette, the old style. I shouldnt have to waste my time running around ect. When its your fault. I order sneakers on a regular basis from a company called GOAT. When you receive a package of goods. It has a letter stating the person who has checked over your items to make sure they are up to par. This would also let the vendor track the employee who made the mistake. Hence, less mistakes. NFL is huge, how does a compnay so big not have better policies in place. This is terrible. I had to go to site jabber last year for another issue. Please dont make me take this public again. I'm infuriated. I expect nothing less than a NEW Jersey sent at your cost. One without scratches on the numbers, a brown stain by the number 2 on the left. And black specs on the front. Not to mention another scratch on the left shoulder. The jersey was sealed in 2 plastic packages. Yet when i opened it. It looks like the jersey was picked out of a lost and found... I've already spent far too much time on this matter.

I ordered a Tim Tebow New York Jets Jersey the day after I had the pleasure of meeting him. This site had the best prices I found on any site including amazon. I placed my order and it shipped that night. It came in less than a week and the quality of the jersey is amazing and I love wearing it. Don't buy anything custom made from them. Their customer service makes you hold for several minutes and then tell you they aren't allowed to help you with anything customized. Don't waste your money buying anything customized from them. Their customer service is the worst!

I ordered a couple of items with this company for the first time. I was satisfied with the first one. However, I admit that this was my fault, I accidentally ordered the Eagles Blue Ray when I should have ordered the DVD. They refused to do an exchange and even shipped it despite me telling them to cancel it. I want to return it and they did not get back to me to fix this. Furthermore, they are expecting me to pay the return shipping fee. It is not right! Shouldnt we as costumers have the right to cancel or exchange if not satisfied?

I ordered my eagles shirt(dri-fit).
1st... it was a regular cotton t-shirt.
2nd the Superbowl label on the front was not centered, it also was not leveled.
3rd... the Eagles logo on the back of the shirt was high and almost touching the neck line of the shirt.
The shirt was super thin cotton and seemed as if it was stretched out already.
I'm not trying to write this review to influence others decisions but the shirt was crappy.
And I'm just stating how it is.
I'm forced to keep a shirt that's not going to be worn bcuz of how it looks.
I wasted $65 on it.
It's not alot of money but at the end of the day... it's my money and now they have it and in exchange, I got something that is not worth it..
Guaranteed Superbowl delivery means nothing because I ordered 12 days before the Superbowl and within 5 days I called because I could not track the order and was getting nervous. They told me it was a warehouse and would arrive 1-2 days later--Saturday at the latest. I got a tracking on Saturday from Fedex saying it was arriving Wednesday after Superbowl. So we still don't have item. They did not offer me a refund and said I could have 20% off next order. I will never order from them again. There's no consequence for them so what's the guarantee?
Ordered an Eagles soft beanie hat on 22 January, they said it shipped on 27 Jan and as of the Super Bowl it had not arrived for the pre-game party. Today I get an e-mail saying it was shipped on the 29th, not what was originally said and that it would arrive today, one day after the Super Bowl. What a waste! I would advise anyone who even thinks about ordering something from this site to go elsewhere. When I called the women said it would be delivered express shipment on Saturday, the 3rd of February and that they did not expect the amount of orders they received. They need to get a clue this types of victories happen every year... Super Bowl is an annual event. I would really like my money back since it was a gift to my son for a Super Bowl party and it is not suppose to arrive until today (5 Feb - a day after the Super Bowl). No where on the site when I ordered this item did it say they were out of stock, but the day after they sent an e-mail saying it would be shipped before the 31st of January... which didn't help getting it to my son on time.

Ordered a Superbowl item Jan 21st, spoke to customer service asking if I would receive this before Feb 2nd. When viewing their site, all their promos list that this item would arrive with plenty of time. I have reached out three times and each time they tell me that my item will be shipped the next day. Its now Thursday before the Superbowl and I won't have the item that I specifically ordered because of the superbowl. This company gives false promises. If you want your order to arrive on time, I suggest putting it in months in advance.
Ordered on 21th a custom-made shirt for the Superbowl. Pretty sure that it said 2-day free shipping plus 4 days to make the shirt. Item will arrive after the Superbowl. Worthless waste of money. They still advertise with must-haves for Superbowl and free shipping. Why bother if you know it won't make it on time. I'm beyond disappointment, and will never order again.
Placed an order from Australia which said it had been shipped on 1-15-2018, said it would take 4-10 days with international expedited shipping, still has not arrived and when I go to put the tracking number into landmark global it says 'Could not find shipment with package reference...' but it was working the day it shipped. Not happy with super bowl only 6 days away.

The Advocate did what was required of them to notify the warehouse that you received the wrong shirt and to make sure that the right shirt was being shipped out.
