I placed an order on Dec 9th, plenty of time for delivery by Christmas. Yeah right! I spoke to live chat 3 times and on the phone 4 times. They just keep blaming Fedex their shipper for any delays. Now I have 2 boys that will not have Christmas under the tree this year thanks to this horrible company. I was told it shipped on Dec 11th, then another told me 12th, another said the 15th. And today I was told the order wasn't due to ship until Dec 20th. One told me oh its been delivered to the local post office in Wasilla AK, they can pick it up there even gave me the number to USPS office there. Its not there, was just put on a barge in Washington and could take up to 2 weeks to even reach Alaska. Shame on you for taking peoples money then give them run around and cause nothing but disappointment in the long run. BUYER BEWARE!
NEVER SHOP HERE! My order wasn't going to ship before Christmas, though the site said that it would, my follow up discovered Jan 4th. Customer service said 'it's too far in the shipping process to cancel' and 'it will be released for shipping tomorrow'...? Whaaaaa? When they refused to do anything to fix the situation, I requested a credit/coupon/discount if they ever wanted my business again. Turns out they don't, as the dumbass on the other end said they have enough deals on the go regularly. What a load of crap. NEVER SHOP HERE!
I placed an order for long sleeved t-shirt at 2:10 pm today and then realized that I had ordered the wrong thing. I called to cancel the order at 5:45 pm the same day, knowing that it was no where near ready to ship. When I spoke to the customer service desk I was told that their "buyers remorse" policy only allowed me 30 mins to cancel the order. No where was that disclosed prior to placing the order I might add. This is such a crock! I've never experienced this level of rigidity and inflexibility with any other online store and I will never shop here again! Buyer beware!

On my birthday, November 27, I placed an order for an Emmanuel Sanders jersey. Was told it would ship in 4 days. When I hadn't, I contacted customer service. Said the website was just behind and it probably already shipped. Ok. Then received an email saying my order was delayed and they had no idea when I would get it. My credit card was charged! I contacted them via chat and they said they could not cancel it. I called, and they said my jersey was out of stock. So they were just going to take my money and never tell me? They said they would cancel it and I would receive a refund. I did not receive an email from them. I will NEVER order from these people again.

Welcome the the NFL's side hustle - a store that takes your money but doesn't give you your merchandise. At least that's what happened to me. The order was supposed to arrive in one week. It's been three weeks and I've never heard from NFLshop. I call and they can't give me an updated delivery date and they REFUSE TO CANCEL or REFUND my order because, well, because they're just awful. Also because we're past their self-imposed cancellation time period. What? I tell them we're also beyond the promised delivery period which is exactly why I want to cancel. They are unmoved. This shop is horrible.

Attempted to get the number on a jersey changed one day after purchase and was just told all sales were final. No attempt to see if the jersey had even been printed yet. Couldn't they have just made the request to try and get the number changed before it printed? I would have understood had the item been printed or shipped already but no effort was made. Just unfortunate.
I placed my order, and was told it would ship in 3 biz days. Over 10 days later I still had not gotten a tracking number so I contacted them. I was told with no care whatsoever that the order had been canceled because they 'ran out' of the item. I suppose that if I had not contacted them they would have continued to jerk me around. I have never had a company cancel and order, and not bother to tell the damn customer. Ridiculous. The CSR was a daft jerk who couldn't care less. I'll NEVER use again.
I paid extra for two day delivery and still have not received my order. Their live chat keeps disconnecting me and wont speak with me.

I ordered a jersey two weeks ago. It was supposed to be here 10 days ago. The only status I get on the phone and web is that it is "Pending." (I'll add that it was nearly impossible to find the correct web page to actually track an order.) I can only assume that the same folks that run PR for the NFL also manage the web store. I've been kneeling in protest for 10 days. And, guess what... NO ONE CARES!

I placed an order for a jersey Friday last week, and I paid for 2 day shipping to make sure that I had it for the upcoming game this Sunday. The website claimed that the item would be shipped within 3 days, so 2 days shipping should have guaranteed shipping to me by Friday before the game. WRONG. I never received notice that the product had been shipped, so I contacted NFL Shop by chat on 4 occasions. Each time, I was told it would be delivered by Friday. Wrong. I just learned that their processing is behind.

My friend bought me a jersey for Christmas, but it was too small so I had to return it. I ended up having to pay for the shipping to return it, as well as the shipping on the new jersey. After washing the jersey one time the numbering is peeling. I didn't even put it in the dryer. When I chatted with them they said it was past the 90 day return policy. I would not recommend anyone buying anything from this store. If this was something under $50 I could understand, but when you spend over $100 on an item of clothing you expect it to last longer than a year at least. Don't waste your money!

Was my first time and was really impressed had the pleasure of speaking with NFL customer service in FL. With both Alexis and her Supervisor Robin. They explain everything to me. Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will ordering more Patriot gear in the future.:-)

NFLshop.ca ran a TV Ad during Monday Night Football offering free shipping on orders over $49 with promo code CANADA. The site states free shipping like in the TV AD in several places. Placed order of in-stock items over $49 and used advertised promo code of CANADA. The site states "a shipping discount has been applied" but at checkout they put on a shipping charge of $24.99I have contacted customer service and they are unwilling or unable to fix. Total false advertising in my opinion. Beware
I ordered a sweater for over $100 and paid for speedy shipping, my order came to $150. Upon arrival the sweater was a very different colour than seen on the website and the material was so thin, I could have bought this for $20 somewhere else. Very disappointing quality. I tried contacting customer service and there is no email, the "chat with us" option was "unavailable due to helping other customers" -I call bull$#*! and there was a phone number. So I call the customer service number on the site and the guy who answered said "i don't work for nfl.ca, my company just takes random calls" -pardon me? He then continued to tell me he has no knowledge of the company, no contact information and had no idea where/if there was a store near by. He said he didn't even know if it was just an online company or not. SO HELPFUL. I got aggravated and asked why he was listed as the customer service contact on the website if he doesn't know anything, he told me himself and his supervisor had no way of contacting the store to discuss my order -again, bull$#*!, he just kept repeating "I have no information ma'am". My next issue was that he told me I had to pay to ship it back to the USA to return it. It was a Canadian website and didn't say anything about this upon ordering. Convenient. I think it is so unprofessional to not have a proper, knowledgable customer service team when you have paying customers, and to have no way of customers contacting the company. Overall, horrible service, horrible experience and waste of my time and $150.00. I do not recommend.
50/50 gamble when it comes to dealing with this trash. Don't waste your time or money. All around service is no good.
