Tried to cancel order

Upon review of the order, the item that you are trying to purchase is a made on demand item. The production this item doesn't start until after the order has been placed. Our system will allow up to 30 minutes to request to have the order cancelled. After the 30 minutes, the order goes into processing. It can take up to 4 business days to be completed. Once the label has been created, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. I have waived the return shipping fee if you wish to have the item returned for a refund. While ordering their product it states 3-7 days shipping. Check back 2 hours after ordering and it states 15 days for shipping. Live chat and calling the company with no resolution. I can't cancel, they say it's too far into processing. Was informed they have 30 minutes after ordering to cancel the order, but they didnt update the shipping date until after that 30 minute period. Bad business on their part, this will be the last item I order through them.

Put an order on Nov 29th for multiple things. Some stuff has arrived other stuff says pending. Asked customer service cause stuff says pending and the response was huh I dont know. Why have customer service if they can't even answer the questions or try to find out. Didnt Even look into it. Good products but not Happy with answers. Might find somewhere else to order if continues

Needs to be shut down!

First and last time. This is a total rip off company. Slow shipping and item torn and frayed on arrival. There " customer service" is totally worthless. Charged me $9.99 to return a torn, ragged shirt. This company needs to be shut down. I cannot emphasize it enough... avoid this company. Again, the item I ordered and received was torn and frayed. Despicable!?

No where on the page does it tell you there is a charge for returning an item. It says only "hassle free 90 day return policy" They don't tell you until you have to return something they charge for returns. I bought a 29.99 item and had to pay 9.99 to return it for a different size. It wasn't even like I wanted my money back, I wanted to exchange it and they still charged that much. This will be the last time I buy something from here.

Terrible Return policy!

I ordered a specialized shot glass and I saw where it said it would be shipped within a few days of my ordering it. But when I got my confirmation email it said that it wouldn't be shipped until a whole month later. I called customer service and they said since it was a special item the manufacturer would be shipping it. So I asked to cancel the order and to give me my money back, they said they can't do that since it was a special item. Now I can understand if I could not get a full refund but to not get any refund! That's crazy! I should at lease get half of a refund. I thought customer service was to help the customer and if the customer is not satisfied then you would do what you need to do to make it right. I wish I could give negative stars because I would. You don't deserve 1 star!

Upset

I am so beyond upset about my order. I ordered 2 items with 2 day shipping at the beginning of November. Well one item came. When the other didn't I reached out to customer service and they said it would ship November 29 and that I only had 2 day shipping applied to one item. Whatever, sounds like crap but fine ship or then. November 30th comes and it has not shipped. So I reach out again, and they tell me now the item won't ship until December 14 and should be here December 24. Seriously? They didn't send an update I had to reach out for an answer. They told me they did send an update. Which they didn't. I'm so angry. I intentionally ordered this early so it could be here long before the rush of Christmas shipping. The customer service was terrible. They were so rude and acted like I had no right to be upset about this.

UPDATE 12/8 - THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER AND DIDNT EVEN TELL ME UNTIL I CONTACTED THEM TODAY. THIS WAS MY HUSBANDS CHRISTMAS GIFT, I AM BEYOND FURIOUS. I ORDERED BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER TO AVOID THIS! TOTAL CRAP!

I order a Hoodie on 11/19... paid for 2 day shipping so I was supposed to get it on the 22nd... had to have refund because discount code did not go through... received email that ordered was delayed so I waited to see if another email would come through in a couple days... nothing... had to get 2nd refund because I didn't get order when it was promised and I paid for expedited shipping... used online chat and reps could tell me absolutely nothing besides that there was a hold up on it being shipped... called actual customer service line and was told that they no longer had the XL I had ordered so I would have to re-order the hoodie and they would refund me the price and have it shipped as soon as possible... had to go down a size and have ANOTHER REFUND because they charged me for the shipping that I was told I wouldn't have to pay for... still waiting on refund for second purchase of same hoodie... called them today to be told that no refund was put in for the price of the hoodie and THAT THEY HAD NO SIZES AVAILABLE TO ORDER... so if I hadn't called I would be sitting around waiting on a hoodie that was going to show up whenever they felt like letting people know it was on its way AND A FOURTH REFUND that was obviously never going to come... this is the most unprofessional website I have EVER had to deal with... so I am now waiting on 2 refunds for the 2 times I had to pay for the same order... ABSOLUTLY RIDICULOUS! And half the time could not understand the customer service rep on the phone because their accent was so thick and I was left on hold for almost 20 minutes... DISGUSTED!

Bad return policies
November 23, 2019

I purchased a hat I really liked but was not sure if it would be a comfortable fit. I went ahead with the purchase figuring I could return it easily and at a fair price based on their return advertisements. My trust in the NFL Shop was misguide. With return shipping cost of $10 it a makes it hardly worth the trouble. Unless you know the exact size and product details any purchase is a gamble, Which is why I won't be purchasing my Dad's Christmas gift through this sight.
Update: NFL shop resolved my issue in a timely manner.

Purchased a hoodie for my son for the holidays. Ordered a few sizes up so he would have some room to grow. He is 11 and I ordered a size 16. Received today. There is no way that this item was the size listed. It is ridiculously small! He couldn't even wear it now! Wanted to return and replace but was told that I would have to pay a $10 shipping fee to return. $10! I could see if I just didn't like the product but this is an item that is NOT the correct size as listed. They promote that their shipping is "worry free and safe" and also "simple and hassle free" but they DO NOT mention the ridiculous fee associated with it. I could pay way less than that to ship back on my own. Plus... I will then to have to reorder AFTER the sale date has passed and pay even more money. Guess I learned my lesson... I will head to $#*!'s Sporting Goods or even Kohl's from now on.

I ordered a standard player team jersey as a Christmas gift for my brother. After ordering I realized the size I selected was incorrect. I contacted nflshop two days prior to shipping to exchange for the correct size and was told they could not do that. They told me I had to wait for it to be delivered and then return the package! I waited a week until I got the order in the mail and returned it to them but was not refunded the entire cost of my order. They retained the original shipping fee that was charged to me. I contacted them two days prior to shipping to tell them not to mail it, they did anyways, and then they made me pay for it! The nfl has a terrible business model and I will never order from them again.

I ordered a hat, it cost roughly around $33 including shipping. Hat is too big. I want to exchange. But I lose the shipping cost which is somewhat understandable but then they want to charge me $10 to send it back? So I end up getting returned less then $14? WOW! Even the cheapest sites I dealt with don't do this. I will never buy from them, First and last time. I'll stick with Amazon and you should too.

Was called ma'am in chat, explained this to numerous reps without one apology. Immediately after I was referred to call the Customer Service line to change my order to find out 45 minutes later that was not possible until the next day (was on hold for over half that time to find this out). To even responding back if I could get in touch with management then immediately getting a "refer me" response neglecting to read what I had requested. Overall this has been a horrid experience, and almost feels there are smoke and mirrors when purchasing a product from NFL.com to find out later it's coming from someone else (which is why the chat or customer service line could not cancel the order). I will be sharing this experience online with others, as well as tagging the NFL as I doubt they would deem this acceptable customer service.

I ordered 2 shirts. Paid $14.99 for shipping (ouch) but the items were on sale so the total cost seemed reasonable. Neither $#*! fit correctly AND I noticed one was made in Pakistan and the other in South America. I was shocked! The is the official NFL website for shirts, jerseys, etc yet the products are made in the USA? So I return the shirts and realize I have to pay $9.99 to return the shirts. Note: small plastic bag, extremely light weight and shipping label was USPS. I don't believe actual shipping charges were anywhere near what I paid. So $25 in the hole and no shirts! I will never purchase from this site again. I will buy my gear from local stores and make sure my products are made in the US or at least in countries who don't oppress their people

I placed an order for a jersey on October 18th, and was supposed to receive it the week of October 28. Instead i received a generic email saying the item was delayed with no explanation. After waiting another week I called customer service and the only thing the rep said she could do was put in a request that my item be expedited when ready to ship and I would receive and email within a few days with new information. I received another generic email today saying my jersey is still not ready to ship and they have no idea when it would be ready. I proceeded to read reviews (lots of negatove) on nflshop, and I saw an email address for customer service. So i wrote a nice long detailed email, only to have a return email from nflshop saying that was not a valid email address as there was no one on the other end to receive it! When I read responses from other reviews, all the customer service reps said to message them directly. But how? If my only other recourse is to call again and I will not put myself through that aggravation.
This is not right at all! You already took payment from my credit card for an item that was listed on your website as available. This is inexcusable.

Never again

So I placed an order for a jersey that I've been wanting for years they say to me that it's going to be shipped out into my house November 1st 2019 wait a week and then check my spam emails to find out that they never sent it or they cannot fulfill the order in the meantime I turned down multiple opportunities to purchase elsewhere weather that be eBay Craigslist or personal sellerI was literally waiting every second as soon as I place the order to receive the item and thought it was all good especially after they confirmed the delivery expected date it was a huge letdown and really ruin my whole day I will never purchase from them again they did refund me the money but the money wasn't the issue I wanted the product.

I purchased a jersey as a birthday gift for my husband 11 days ago. When I ordered the jersey, the information said it would ship no later than 3 days ago. There was also 2 day free shipping advertised with this product. I called them yesterday when I saw the jersey had not yet shipped. I was told they are still "within their time" (whatever that means) and that I should know 7 days have to be added to the "ship no later than time." Essentially, their bottom line was I should not be worried about this unless it hasn't shipped by Oct. 30. She did mention the item is in stock. So, if the item is in stock and if I was told at order placement (Oct 13) it would ship no later than the 21st, it's my opinion it is completely unacceptable I should have to wait until Oct 30 to be concerned it hasn't shipped. I will not order from here again. I also requested they remove me from their e-mail list. I have since received 3 additional sales emails from them after my request. I'm considering reporting this company to the regulatory commission for commerce in MD for false advertising and harassment at this point.

The item purchase was a special event item which would've shipped on or before 10/21/2019. Unfortunately, it took the vendor a few days to have it delivered to our fulfillment center. At the time that you spoke to the Advocate, the jersey was being processed to ship to customer. You requested to cancel the order and was fully refunded back to the method of payment used to make this purchase. Please allow two to seven business days to reflect on your financial statement. The two days shipping is a program ran through another company named Shoprunner. You would've had to have had signed up through their program if you haven't already done so to get the two days shipping and free return. Took 2 weeks

Took two weeks to get a t shirt and they charged $6 to ship it. Placed my order on a Tuesday evening and it didn't ship till the following monday and didn't get delivered until 8 days later the following Tuesday. Unbelievable

It can take up to 3 business days for the item be complete. Because it fell on a weekend, FedEx doesn't pick until the next following business day Monday. The shipping method that was chosen was for 3 to 7 business days standard ground. The package will be delivered on that 7th business day on 10/15/2019.
