I had ordered some apparel for my son for the football season, not only did it take them over two weeks to actually ship my package but it took over a month for it to actually arrive in my mailbox. When I called customer service they were no help in regards to their slow service and was not willing to work with me as the customer. Not only that. When I finally did receive my package, the 20-% Coupon that was placed in the package had been expired for over a month? Congratulations. Never again will I purchase anything from NFLShop.com
Ordered sneakers - they refunded my order and never gave me a reason. I ordered again figured it was a mistake. Refunded and cancelled again, this time they never even emailed me. So I called, after 15 minutes of waiting I was hung up on. Called back, finally they said they needed to qualify me cause I failed to be qualified, when I asked what are the qualifications they said they couldn't tell me. She says I can qualify you and repurchase, give me the total amout of your purchase. I give her the subtotoal, tax and, shipping which is what the order details show and she says No you should know your total. I said I can calculate it. She says you should see it. I asked where, she said I can't tell you that. What is the big secret here. She puts me on hold. I had to hang up, it was taking to long. What is the matter with these people. Anyway found the same pair on sale at KHOLS. WTF

I ordered a sweater from this company and it took 3 weeks to arrive. I ordered a Large and what showed up was a 3XL. I get that these things happen, but when I reached out to them about it, I was told that they couldn't re-order the item for me, that I had to ship it back, and that it takes "10 days for us to receive the parcel and 2-7 business days from then for the refund." Even after I sent the attached picture showing that they had labeled a 3XL shirt with a Large tag. The service agent who helped me said this when I expressed my discontent with this service: "What I have done for you, is to add a note on your account, so that whoever serves you has an understanding that you are displeased with this. The problem is you are requesting for a procedural change so even my Manager will not be able to give you a solution. However we hear you and value your feedback, so I'll give you a number to call and speak to a supervisor if you still wish to speak to someone. " What a joke. I won't be buying from them again.

Sent me the completely wrong item--which was an item 1/3 of the price of the actual item that I ordered. Could not reship the correct item because it was "out of stock." This item was a gift, now I have to wait approximately 17 days before the funds are returned to my account. The only consolation they offered was a 20% off coupon for my next purchase... why would I ever make another purchase? Such a hollow and futile gesture. This was a horrible experience.

Ordered game day attire over 2 weeks before the game after reading their guidelines of 1 day processing time and selecting 3-7 business days shipping. Here we are 5 business days later, one of my items has NOT EVEN PROCESSED yet, one is sitting in Indy, and the other has been sitting at some random city in CA. The kicker? The item that has not processed and my jersey sitting in another state are set to not be here until after game day! Might want to update the online shipping policies since it is definitely not "Worry Free Shipping." I had been told to not order from here before because it's a terrible experience and now I know why.

We had a problem with an autographed football helmet that we bought as a birthday gift. Christen went above and beyond to help us get this situation corrected in the short turn around time that we had to present it at the party. She kept in constant contact with us and always excepted our questioning phone calls even when she was on her lunch break. She always reassured us that we were in good hands and she would take care of everything. She definitely provided 5 STAR customer service! I ordered a black jets Jamal Adams jersey, back in april for 99.99, said it would ship end of may. Then they pushed it back to june 14th. Its now the 17th and no updates. And its impossible to get in contact with their customer service team. It is ridiculous that the site just loupes you back to the customer service line, no way to email anyone. At this point i would never another jersey from NFLshop again. It seems like multiple people are having this problem with the black adams jersey. It also says on their website that a black jamal adams jersey would ship within 1 business day. How have i not gotten mine.

Ordered a Adams Jet jersey in April, and was told it would be delivered in beginning of May.it is now middle of June and still not delivered. Called again and they said it went out but couldn't give tracking number. 10 days later, still said went out but still couldn't give tracking number. Called again and they had no answer.

I ordered a black Jamaal Adams Jersey on April 15 for $99.99. It was expected to be delivered May 20 but it never even shipped. I called their poor excuse of a customer service line to only be told they are pushing the date to June 14 at the latest just to ship. The most they could give me was a 20% off coupon to compensate. Well today is June 14 and the item never shipped. Crazy how this is what the National Football League passes off as their merchandise site.

If your merchandise doesn't fit, they charge you $10 to return it. They boast a 90 day return policy but that doesn't mean crap when you get $10 back for a $25 hat that doesn't fit.

I ordered an Odell Beckham Jr. Cleveland Browns Jersey two days after the trade.
I did not see an Authentic Jersey available online and just went ahead and ordered the $99.99 jersey, believing it to be the authentic jersey.
Turns out this is the replica jersey and the quality is so terrible it would have been more than embarrassing to wear it in public.
The jersey was not opened as I could see through the plastic how terrible the quality was, and I started the return process.
Nflshop.com is just about the only company I've dealt with that charges a fee to return an unopened item that is well within the return period.
I spoke with a customer service representative and they said they get complaints a lot but they must charge the fee, or you can mail the item back out of pocket.
To mail the item back without their pre-paid return label requires you to print their return label, and mail the item back by any means you choose.
Of course the fee through all shipping services is more than their $9.99 fee, so you are practically forced to use their shipping label and take a $9.99 loss due to their poor quality products being unwearable.

Highly recommend not ordering anything from this site, I paid extra for two day shipping for a gift, and low and behold it won't get here until 9pm. Sites sponsored by fed ex but they use "lasership" which delivers until 9:30pm... should've done my research but you'd think a well respected site would use a well respected shipping company and not some fly by night hacks coming to your door at all hours of the night. Never ordering from this site again seeing that I paid extra to wait up all night for my package.
