While ordering their product it states 3-7 days shipping. Check back 2 hours after ordering and it states 15 days for shipping. Live chat and calling the company with no resolution. I can't cancel, they say it's too far into processing. Was informed they have 30 minutes after ordering to cancel the order, but they didnt update the shipping date until after that 30 minute period. Bad business on their part, this will be the last item I order through them.
Hello Jessica, thank you for your feedback! I am very sorry that it was too far along in the process to manually cancel the order. Our number one concern is customer satisfaction. I have sent an email to our Order Management Team to see if they can reach out to the vendor about having the order cancelled. Unfortunately, I can not make any guarantees that it will be cancelled due to the fact that it was already sent to them to process the order.
